Kilmacduagh Monastery is a ruined abbey near the town of Gort in County Galway, Ireland. Kilmacdonaugh translate as "church of Duagh's son" It was reportedly founded by Saint Colman, son of Duagh in the 7th century.

Tombricane Castle near Borrisokane, County Tipperary
Tombricane Castle  is a late 15th century tower house/castle.Built by the O'Kennedy and situated next to the roadside on the L1094 half way between Borrisokane and Ballinderry in Tipperary.  .The castle stands approx 80 feet tall and the walls are approx 7 feet thick. The castle is in a ruined state. The northern corner was the most recent collapse.
