Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

Description

This set includes 24 new items, maxismatch, lowpoly & basegame compatible.

Build: Two stairs (one with natural woods and sisal carpeted pattern and one with natural sial but 26 color swatches), a railing and an assorted fence.

Wall: Seamless wallpaper with assorted painted wall.

Furnitures: 5 modular shelves, stackable to build the perfect understair.

Lighting: Ceramic wall light

Decor: Muddy adult and kid boots, umbrellas in wicker basket, sisal baskets, books (left & right), assorted sisal pattern rug, wall frames, potteries decoration

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

First, download the toaster from my post then download ATS4 toaster mod and the recipes you want from here. Put the files in less than TWO folders deep into your Mod Folder!! If you do not install the mod, you can use the toaster as a deco. hello my loves 🥰 i am super excited to share this new custom content set with you! as you might have heard by now, the lovely MissSimReno and i developed a concept together for a coastal / traditional style family room! we were very inspired by the theme of brindleton bay, the world that came with the cats&dogs expansion pack, but also by our real life experiences as we both live near the sea, even though april she lives in the usa and i live in germany, we still had the same vision in mind. we had so much fun developing this set and i am very happy with the outcome! this pack comes with 23 new items: - armchair - loveseat - couch (3-seater) - 5 different book stacks/rows - console table - wood flooring - lighthouse clutter item - 4 hanging picture frames - standing pictureframe - 2 pillows - sidetable - 3 wallpapers with panelling everything is basegame compatible! hello my loves,

i am sharing part 3 of my maple & s. constructions build mode set. after 2 sets of windows comes now a selection of 19 new doors and arches for small and medium wall heights. you can find a few open door options as well. all of them have matching swatches with the windows (16 swatches) as well so i hope you can make good use out of them. i wish you a lot of fun building with these new items and really hope you like them.
