In german we usually call it “at” but wiki says we call it (colloquially) : Affenschwanz (monkey tail) , Affenohr (Monkey ear), Affenschaukel (monkey swing) or Klammeraffe (clinchy monkey)

In this context "passionierter" is more like enthusiastic. But close enough. 😉

A friend of mine discovered this. German audio plays that quite shamelessly seem to draw from BBC Sherlock. Quote: “Together with Watson, war veteran with PTSD and passionate blogger, he solves crimes in modern London.” No mention of BBC Sherlock whatsoever. And Sherlock & Watson will never do.

I binge watched it on 2 days at the Berlinale 4 years ago. It's brilliant and after it I wanted to watch every single movie featuring the documentary.

Look what my Dad had in his shelf! A 5 DVD documentary about the story of film and cinema! I think I gonna enjoy this stuff when I am going to watch it this weekend! :)

They should compare it to the GoT books not the show. 😉

I hate hate hate when people complain about the wait between Sherlock seasons and compare it to GoT because, “GoT has 60 minute episodes that are movie quality and they manage to pump out 10+ a year.” 

OKAY first of all, HBO has more money to make shit than the BBC, but more importantly, name a single GoT cast member that is anywhere near as famous Benedict and Martin. Yeah, there’s the problem. It’d be more practical to compare it to True Detective and do you think we would have gotten another season with those leads? Nope, they are movie stars, just like the leads in Sherlock, we should feel lucky they have stayed on as long as they have.

I need a favour from you guys

I’ve been self harming for a few years and I want nothing more than to stop but I just can’t. Everyone who reblogs this will get their url written down and put in a box and every time I feel like self harming I will take one out and message that person saying thank you. I don’t know if it will help me but it’ll at least encourage me to at least try to stop. It’s not going to be easy and I don’t know if it will succeed but I will try. I promise.
