This was an idea that recently came to mind.

It’s called Nervous Tummy.

A nervous tummy is similar to the feeling of a stomach ache, except it’s not as painful, but it’s still uncomfortable. It usually starts whenever the owner feels nervous, worried, scared, or anxious. The anxious feelings from the owner travel to the tummy, which causes the nervous tummy. The feeling could be worse if the tummy is hungry or sick as well. The only way to prevent a nervous tummy is by doing some belly breathing, and things should be okay again.
