HELP please read

The UK government has currently passed a new law meaning any digital NSFW website or content now requires ID from a user.

This goes as far as nsfw reddit channels and discord. Any site that doesn't adhere to this is risking having it's use banned by my country or facing a massive fine that will increase the likely hood of them pulling services from the UK.

It's a massive breech of privacy and also the hypocrisy of needing 18+ ID yet the age of consent being 16 is a prime example of these bastards once again using the "SAVE THE CHILDREN" as a shit excuse to further track and monitor their people.

Some of these sites will even use facial recognition on users who wish to access their site.

If you are an anarchist like me you will no doubt understand the most important thing we can own is ourselves and second to that is access to information and content freely. This starts with porn and will end with everything they deem "Inappropriate".

Please I need you to understand what a slippery and invasive slope this is.

This will start to affect platforms that have explicit writing like A03 and Tumblr and I can grantee will soon start causing issues within gaming communities. Wikipedia is already threatening to limit our access to their site!
