the parallels of Maya and Trucy's story. having to bear the burden of carrying their family's legacy all on their own as teenagers. having to bottle it all up and put on a facade because everything rests on their shoulders. all the adults are either dead or in jail. I bet Phoenix also sees Maya in Trucy. how they had to get back up on their feet right away after their loved ones got murdered/disappeared. we should've gotten some moments between them. Maya sitting by Trucy's side and telling her she's worked hard and she did a great job. cause if anyone were to understand her situation the best, it's Maya.

things i have done for alstroemeria:

write a outline that’s eight pages long (for now)

make character relationship lists for EVERYONE

create a four-year class schedule plan for each of the main characters and map them out (probably took at least 10 hours, most of which done in one day)

create an entire class structure/curriculum for the purpose of one thing logically making sense

spend an hour choosing which characters will make background appearances in a scene that will probably be less than 500 words

more across the last 3-4 months that i’m probably forgetting about
