Bad: Portraying Soldier 76 as an irredeemable asshole who is condescending towards everyone, especially McCree. Somehow the downfall of Overwatch and Gabriel Reyes is completely his fault.

Good: Jack Morrison portrayed as a cold broken man with some lingering hope that things can get better. He is very authoritative but with good intentions, almost like a paternal figure to the younger heroes.
