16.06.20 - after shover (above) and another 2 hours later and lotion application (below).

This new potency (LM3) has led to a new pattern: I always wake up with some signs of aggravation and go to bed feel like a tiny bit of progress was made throughout the day and compared to the previous one. It feels like this potency is much milder and will act over the longer term. So far I can see some progress and would like to see how things continue to evolve over the next few days :) there is no more visible yellow oozing. The skin is just a bit raw but not tender to the touch or terribly itchy like before.

I don’t mind it working slower if that means I can make a stable recovery.

Progress doesn’t only show in improvement. Sometimes progress is also standstill. When I wake up and I’m not worse than the previous day, that’s progress!

05.06.2020 - Getting oozy again. Must be the 4th or 5th cycle now since beginning of April 😪

04.06.2020 - Little setback/slowing down of improvements this morning. Skin which was new and healthy is starting to break again.

02.06.2020 - My right hand is healing!!!!! Fingers crossed I don’t get another relapse. Without being overconfident though I think that this time may be the one. I feel much better since we’ve come out of lockdown and entered phase 1 🤗

A little bit of flaring activity on my left hand but I’m determined to not let it get out of control!

My face (in this not very flattering photo!) is pretty clear of any patches, except for two cold sores which came out yesterday. Never a dull day in the skin department!! So many twists and turns. I usually get cold sores from the sun/tiredness/stress - all of which I’ve recently experienced a good deal of so it’s not a surprise!

I’m hopeful that in another week’s time things will look more stable :)

Had a long shower, gently removed dead skin and took some antihistamines. Hardly hard any itching sensation so far and it’s 2pm. They won’t directly cure me but they’ll give my skin some time to heal. Thank the lord!!!! Itchy and scratching is TORTURE.

I’ve been prescribed a different potency and form of graphites to take in order to help with this continuous flare. Hope to receive it in the post before the end of the week and can’t wait to see how my body reacts! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Can’t seem to have any steady progress 😔

22.05.20 - Woke up with swollen figers and loads of yellow liquid filled blisters. What can do I do to make this thing go away??

Face is feeling very dry and bit itchy. Oh and I had dried blood too 😒
