I can’t wait until my roommates are back. I won’t be alone anymore. They have to be home cause it’s their apartment too but it’s still nice to not be alone.

Carissa took me out the other day to take photos of me. It was supposed to be a form of therapy with how awful I’ve been feeling. These two were the ones I liked out of a million. It’s progress.

Must remind myself to never quit. People come and go.

Even those who seemed genuine at a time, but weren’t. It is not my fault. The words love, beautiful, and sexy get misused. You can fight to mental death for people and you’ll only get so much returned. I’m tired of being unappreciated and used. I’ll become stronger after I dress these open wounds.

Development: I broke it off with mentally abusive man. I found a counselor that I think will be great for me. I’m trying to live ok. I smiled yesterday and it felt like it was genuinely ok to, it was a good feeling.

I havent had those recently.

Oh my heart hurts so bad I feel like I’m going to pass out. It gets tense and stops in my chest. Thinking of you and how you feel breaks me. I miss you so much.
