G.O.A.T?
what$ up yāall
I want to talk about everyone's favorite player, Lebron James. I personally love Lebron, I am a huge fan, but iām a bigger fan of basketball and I want to address something that really bothers me. LEBRON IS NOT THE G.O.A.T (greatest of all time). There is so many that came before him, and there will endless after him, he has not done much that separate him from other legends, and his career not over so how are we going to say heās the best when we canāt even evaluate his entire career. He hasn't done much that separate himself from others. There is no real G.O.A.T of basketball, and his career not over yet.
Lebron has put up some tremendous numbers his whole career, but Kobe, MJ, Bill Russell, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic, AI, Karl Malone, and plenty more has done more or just about the same, so it makes no sense to single out one of many and call him the G.O.A.T. Lebron is most definitely one of the greats but not the greatest. Kareem, Karl, Kobe, MJ, and Dirk all is in front of him in total points for a career, in fact Lebron is NOT in the lead for any NBA record, and yet his consider the G.O.A.T that just donāt make sense to me. Now I will give credit where credit is due Lebron do hold some team records. He ties for the most points for the Cavaliers, and he has the most points for Miami, thereās more but that's the most major two. Another example of Lebron doing something that already been done and people just label him as the greatest is in the 2016-2017 NBA finals he average a triple-double over the course of 5 games, and almost the same thing next year. MJ has done this and more than LBJ (Lebron) people has to stop giving titles to people who haven't earned it.
There is no real G.O.A.T of the NBA. Many people measure a basketball player career success by how many rings (championships) they have so some people feel as though MJ, and Kobe is better because they have 6 and 5 rings (MJ 6 rings, Kobe 5 rings) and LBJ has 3 rings. This is also a problem because if the number of rings is what determine who the G.O.A.T is then Bill Russell is the G.O.A.T because he has 11 , but no one ever talks about that or Sam Jones with 10, I bet most people donāt even know who Sam Jones is. The greatest basketball player title should be giving to the player who has changed the game, left his name in the record books, and done something no one else ever did.
What makes matters worse is people so quick to give that title away they did it with MJ, Magic, Larry, Kobe, and now LBJ. People label all of them as greatest while they was playing, now some people think itās just MJ, Kobe, or LBJ the problem is people need to wait and evaluate the player entire career and compare it to past players. Lebron career is not over, far from over, heās even talking about keep playing until his oldest son Lebron James jr AKA Bronny James who is 14 years old is in the league with him. Lebron is 33 years old, 5.2% body fat and still is considered in his prime and from the way things are going it donāt look like heās slowing down at all, with that being said LBJ could be a strong candidate for the greatest ever. I just want people to wait and evaluate his career as a whole and not be bias to other greats.
Itās no question Lebron is a future hall of famer, he is one of the greats, ONE of the greats, not the best. Not yet anyway, but with some time he might be. In my opinion MJ is the greatest ever, Kobe is the greatest scorer ever, and Lebron is the greatest all around player ever I say this because MJ had the most competition and won the most out of the 3 for example the Detroit bad boys from 1988-1990. He retired from the NBA and went to a whole other sport baseball, he played for the Birmingham Barons Double-A minor league affiliate of the Chicago White Sox and then he CAME back to the NBA and WON 3 MORE RINGS and MJ won his championships in a consecutive manner he went on a 3-PEAT retired CAME BACK and went on ANOTHER 3-PEAT. Kobe is the greatest scorer ever because heās 3rd on the all time scoring list and he has the 2nd highest scoring performance with 81 points against the Toronto Raptors, the 1st position is held by Wilt Chamberlain with 100 points (the only 100 point game ever recorded) but its not as good as Kobe because in that time period the NBA was predominantly white and there was really no one Wilt size so he had a big advantage, and LBJ is the greatest all around player because he one of few who can play every position and he the best out of the few and the best part about Lebron is that heās not done yet, he has a whole lot left in the tank.
In conclusion Lebron James is a future hall of famer and possibly the greatest of all time but can not be determined until the end of his career so until then he is just a really good player like the other league leaders. When he is done and hang up the his laces before we as a people just give him the title the G.O.A.T we need to compare everything he have done to everyone else consider for the title and make sure he earned the title.

MVP

what$ up yāall
I wanna tell the time I won MVP. I was in the 7th grade so I was 14/15 years old, at the time I been playing basketball for 6 years and I been a big man through them years but this tournament my coach had me playing every position. I play the from 1-5 it was in game when my coach yelled out āFrank go to pointā and for the 1st time I had to bring the ball down court it was the most scary and fun thing ever. I was so use to playing to big man role it was scary to get the change and then with it being in the middle of the game it didnāt make things better. It was a good game, it was close the whole time I lead the game in points, rebounds, and steals, but my team still lost. If you ever been to a basketball tournament at the championship when the game over they give out the medals to the losers and the trophies to the winners. My team lost so we got the medals and the other team got the trophies and they announce every player name when we get the medals/trophies so everyone on my team got their name called first except me and then they went to the other team and called their names and gave them their trophies. I was thinking like damn I donāt get nothing and i did all the work really, but then they yelledĀ āYOUR MVP FRANKLLLIIIN LLOOOYYDā I was so upset because we had lost but when I got home I thought about it and I came to the conclusion I was great.

Culture, relatable, and just cool is what comes to mind when I think of Black Panther. Black Panther is for anyone of all ages, anyone whoās into superhero movies, and even anyone who just love a good story. This review will be from the perspective of someone who does love Black Panther and know lots about the film but who is not so in depth or read the actual comic books. The film made a lot of people feel real good and happy specifically black people, the film itself just make anyone feels good.
The movie takes place in africa a fictional third-world country called Wakanda. The movie has some very interesting points being made in the movie for example in the movie it is all black women as the personal guards for the king most people find this fact a very interesting one, because typically a protective role is for men. The movie also highlights african culture, rituals, and accessories the movies display traditional dances and clothing, although, the movie is fictional it still ties real life issues and social life. Another very interesting point that I find very unique and great is that the character Shuri (King TāChalla younger sister) is the inventor of all Black Panther gadgets and the country travel system. Shuri is rumored to be the smartest marvel in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe).
After watching Black Panther for the 17th time it still to this very day makes me feel great to be a african-american. It brings joy and happiness to see a black man as a superhero and a teenage girl as a science to anyone who appreciate that thought. Black panther is a superhero but King TāChalla is a just a man and can be relatable for example in the movie TāChalla learn his late father, someone he admired and looked up to, has a dark past and learn to forgive him and thatās a situation that can relatable thereās many more but you have to watch the movie to find out for yourself and you couldnāt possibly get tired of it each time I watched the film I learned something new and notice something different whether it's about the Black Panther side or the king TāChalla side.
I donāt what to sound repetitive but Black Panther is so much more than a superhero movie it is about a man who take the mantle of leading and protecting his nation after he father passing. He will have to battle with the mistakes his father made as a younger man as he loses the mantle an outsider and has to gain back through fighting but also not straying away from his morals. What push the TāChalla for win is that throughout the entire movie everything he does is for his country, he keeps his nation in her mind at all time, his first priority is Wakanda. In summary his values is what will him to take the mantle.
For those people out there who are action junkies, there is endless of it in the film. Black Panther is filled with tons of action the film starts out with a huge invisible ship hovering over the projects of Oakland California and if thatās not enough there is car chases, ship chases, explosions, EPIC fight scenes there is enough action for anyone to handle. the special effect crew did an amazing job on this film, they took the time to make the audience to feel at if they was Black Panther and for my artistes out there they got to capture some real good frames, in case some create some fan art is in the works.
For people who don't know when Black Panther was first introduce to the big screen. It was in the Captain America Civil War. Black Panther role in the movie was to avenge the death of his father (King TāChaka). Through the course of the movie he struggles to come to terms with his father death as he becomes consumed by revenge, but at the end finds peace in what happened.
In conclusion Black Panther was and kind of still is a blockbuster movie, most maybe even all reviews was great and positive reviews. The film was publish February 16th 2018 and seven months later its still at the top of most charts. According the IMDB Black Panther is rating a eight out if ten, that is a very good rating especially for an all black cast with the exception a one and a young black director. In summary Black Panther is just a great movie and everyone should watch it at least once, you wonāt be disappointed if you want my advice i say watch it on blu ray it's much clearer. And watch the deleted scenes their very funny and interesting, it gives you a better idea about certain characters.
