i have been non stop referencing a meme i lost and would uber appreciate some help finding it!

its one of these "no (character) holding it in doesnt do anything!" but featuring the girl from fear and hunger 1

the issue is everytime i reference it i say "no the girl! holding it in doesnt do anything!" and the people around me probably one hundered percent think im just using "girl" as a place holder pronoun as gay people do!
