concept: aberration seeing an emperor, having to get dragged away by everyone who Knows What That Thing Is because

a) "oh! it's one of Us!" "it absolutely is not" b) "smells like wyrmwound -> wyrmwound makes us stronger -> imma fight it." "it smells like death because it's four dead dragons in a trenchcoat and you will also be dead if you fight it." c) generally taking great personal offence because we are ANCIENT and thus have the patent on multi-headed fusing abomination, thank you??? d) generally taking great personal interest because oh, fascinating, we didn't realize lightmomma's children also had soup. "they don't, imperials just kinda go literal five-headed zombie if enough of them die close together." "wat."

I had some time to spare so I wanted to make a Plague recolour of the new Arcane apparel, and soon I had a few more recolours. Oops.

I ended up with 2 recolours for Plague, 2 for Shadow, and 1 for Light based on the Hewn City.

Happy New Years! And another frfanart day! Here’s Umbra, she’s my second Gaoler. For a long time I thought I wouldn’t ever get a dragon with her colors, and then she popped up on the auction house not long after, in Gaoler form already no less! I remember being so excited, haha. She’s a warrior from shadow who fell into the sea on the islands near the Thousand Currents, and was rescued by water dragons! She is also a skilled hunter. The first image I drew recently, while the second is quite old! I drew it over a year ago, though I colored it more recently.
