if u were not rping in 2012-13 i genuinely feel sorry for u. u missed so much. everybody was forced to tag their ooc posts but never their nsfw. nobody gave a shit abt underage smut. we all used the same gifs from the same gif hunts. nobody made their own shit. we all used these themes that everybody remembers but i can’t recall the name of. bios were in first person. threads were never cut. mobile rping was the norm. skype wasn’t a thing, only chatzy. there were no fancy tags, no formatting. it was an experience.

Kaupe gave a shrug at her comment. “I could, but I haven’t felt the pull. and yeah, just cause the other isn’t a wolf doesn’t mean they aren’t meant for each other.”

The soldier nodded a bit before moving to get out of the woman’s way so she could do her job. Before he completely headed out of the door, Hugh turned to Alanna. “Thank you... for this. and all.” He shot out before leaving the building, only to realize he never really ate.

It was Wednesday and it was time. He was supposed to show to Ezio’s thing today for his food testing. To say he was nervous, Kaupe’s phone in his hand, was an understatement. The two had gone back and forth and before Hugh could register it the other soldier had snatched the phone back in order to text Alanna for instructions. 

As soon as it sent Hugh shot Kaupe a dirty look. “What if she is right next to him right now? You should have waited until she texted us. You could have spoiled it.” The islander rolled his eyes before giving out a heavy sigh. His phone buzzed and he gave a large grin to Hugh. “Would you look at that? Instructions lover boy. Let’s go surprise your  soulmate.”

With that Hugh found himself in front of the restaurant, awkward to say the least. He had bought better looking shoes and jeans this time around and wore one of his nicer henleys. Just to look somewhat cleaned. He had attempted to shave, but the man suffered from five o’clock shadow so it was useless to do so. His hand pressed open the door and instantly went in search of Alanna like she was some sort of safety net so he didn’t really fuck this up.
