❣️My landlord is kicking me out in the middle of pandemic, please help❣️

Through a loophole stating that you can remove tenants for “renovation,” my landlord is suddenly not going to be renewing my lease.

I’m really not usually one to e-beg, but I’m sincerely reaching out for any possible assistance while I look to relocate. Moving fees are going to be hard to cover due to COVID-19. I’m not looking to dispute with this landlord, as he is corrupt and unreliable and I’m willing to leave if this is how I’m being treated.
