A FORMAL APOLOGY, AND I’M BACK!

 Once again, I went MIA, and there really isn’t any excuse. All I can do is say that I'm sorry, and that i will try to be better. If we roleplay together then I have probably already messaged you, but I wanted to make this post to be as clear as possible. I can’t promise that this won’t happen again, because as many of you know, I suffer from a lot of mental and physical illlnesses, and sometimes that means I need to take a break from things to take care of myself. I do however need to be better about giving my partners some warning before falling off the face of the earth. This is something I hope to work on. 

I ask for your forgiveness, but if that’s not possible, I understand. It’s hard to forgive someone who repeatedly makes the same mistakes, but if you can find it in your heart to give me another chance, I would still like to roleplay with all of you! mumu (multi-muse) plot ideas

pt 1: 

Band members on tour

A four or six part band, on the road playing shows for adoring fans. Radio appearances, staying in hotels, hiding from paps or over-obsessed stalker fans. Recording sessions in the studio whenever humanly possible. A ton of ot4/ot6 vibes because there’s nothing quite like doing what you love on stage with your best friends, or exploring the world with them. 

Youtube friends

Doesn’t really matter how big your group is for this, it’ll work. It started with some mutual subscriptions. Some friendly youtube comments. Eventually there was social networking on other sites, and then a few video collaborations here and there. Fast-forward, your characters’s channels have gotten mega popular. There are joint meet ups, taking selfies with subscribers, trips all over the world (youtube videos at disney world, or on the London eye anyone?) The group are all great friends, and what’s best is that they’re having the time of their lives just recording the fun! 

Boarding School 

There are so many ways you could go with this honestly. Study groups are cute, maybe have your muses in one of those - studying super hard to keep their scholarships? Or you could have them in separate cliques, having to defend each other to their friends who have never liked that other group. Or you could have a some of your characters as scholarship kids, and the rest as rich kids, a ton of clashing and a ton of pining to be accepted into the rich circle. The possibilities are endless. 

Witches 

A modern coven maybe? I’m just thinking like some teenagers who’s grandparents had magic, but it skipped a gen or so. As a consequence they’ve got to figure out how to use it, and how to incorporate it into their modern lives. Have them convert an old abandoned apartment into a meeting place. Have them write their spells on ipads. Explore the which craft hierarchy. Have them enchant common things like their house keys (so they’ll never loose them), have them store their supplies in tupperware containers. Modern witches man, so rad. 

Apartment Block

A Friends-esqe group who all live in the same apartment block, who basically share each other’s places anyway. Really cute friendships and relationships and the sort. Everyone getting together for christmas or new years or whatever because these people are family now. It’d just be really cool okay. 

Sports Teams/Cheer squads 

A few muses on each team/squad. Lots of rivalries, lots of games where the whole team comes out to watch the match. Maybe two of the muses secretly like each other and a Romeo + Juliet subplot emerges. 

Secret Agents/Heist group 

This might be best with a lower number of muses, I’d stick with four. Lots of planning out bank heists and running from cops and celebrating once the mission’s complete. Rappelling from glass ceilings and sneaking through air vents in skintight black suits and ah the disguises they’d have, the cover stories you could explore!

Gangs

This might be good if you’re feeling a bigger group. You’d need a ring leader, your muscle men, the followers, ect. Maybe they dabble in selling drugs, maybe they have fun with them themselves. Maybe there’s a lot of power abuse, a lot of acting as if they own their city – because honestly the gang does own the city. A feeling of indestructibleness from the head honcho and utter helplessness from the ones who just want to get out. 

Drama Club

Again this could be as big or as small as you want, but I feel like this would be great for a larger group. A ton of staying late to rehearse even though they’ve been over their lines hundreds of time that day. Stages kisses not feeling like stage kisses at all, wardrobe malfunctions, fighting over roles, trying to make everything work at the last minute because holy shit we were not prepared to take on a show this big. Exploring the relationships between actors, backstage tech, costume design. Cast parties after really successful shows, hanging out and killing themselves laughing doing improv. I don’t know you could do a lot with it okay.

screams into the abyss 

i need domesticated cooking at three in the morning because neither party can sleep. 

lazy afternoons on the couch; cuddled up together while one watches some tv show that they’ve become recently obsessed with and the other reading a book on something they enjoy, every so often looking over the rim of their glasses to see how the show has progressed and look up out of the corner of their eye to their partner with a fond loving smile.

early morning baking sessions. cupcakes, or sophisticated cakes. learning how to make fancy frosting, throwing flour at each other. one cracking an egg on their partners shoulder, which becomes an all out food war, but they manage to salvage enough to make a few of the original cakes.

late night love making. not sex, not fucking. just pure love between two people. sharing soft whispers and kind words, warm gazes. nothing crude about it but just pure love.

six in the morning walks in the snow because “wow new york looks beautiful right now” with the snow on the ground and covering essentially everything and the sun just poking through the white clouds to throw a few beams of magnificent colour through the skies.

i really, really want a plot where muse a is a naive, sweet, romantic, whimsical little thing with a whole lot of optimism and sunshine in their veins and muse b is the complete opposite; a total player who has someone new in their bed every weekend and hates responsibilities and just spends a lot of their time fucking around. somehow these two have been friends for a while, despite their differing personalities, and one day muse a ends up having to move out of their apartment due to a fire or an infestation or something and muse b is the one who offers to put them up for the time being. it’s all well and good except muse a has terrible nightmares constantly and one night muse b is sick and tired of it (and deep down a little concerned) so gets into bed with muse a until they stop crying and shaking and fall asleep in muse b’s arms instead. cue awkward muses sleeping in the same bed every night and it actually helping muse a a lot with the nightmares, and lots of cuddling and feelings ensue. muse b, being the player they are, are terrified of the idea of liking someone but muse a is pretty much already head over heels and ANGST !!

Due to the interest shown in the creation of a semi-private verse for people to bring their OCs into, I’ve decided to create a no-pressure environment were people can enjoy the perks of being part of a group rp, but in a more relaxed and safe setting. (x // x) 

What does this mean? Well, mutuals and friends will share an universe where we will all be able to roleplay any kind of OC in a sandbox setting. Wheter your character is an human, a werewolf, or an alien, it doesn’t matter since this is open to all kinds of OCs. This is a place with almost no limitations where you can let your creative juices flowing, form lasting relationships, develop your characters, and most importantly? Chill and have fun without worrying about things such as events, tasks, activity checks, or even following a specific plot.

Can anyone join? Anyone can apply, but there is a chance not everyone might be allowed to join. This is going to be a SAFE SPACE, which is why I have emphasized that friends and mutuals will be part of this group. The way of joining this verse would be through word of mouth and recommendations. Members can bring in as many friends as they want! You can submit your app, but if me and/or the members don’t know you, you would need to provide a reference and have a current member vouch for you before you’re allowed to join. This is set in order to be able to provide people with a environment where they feel safe. Every potential member will be screened before being accepted. 

What about the setting? Our setting will be a fictional city where almost anything is possible. Our city was beaches, mountains, forests, jungles, and even a ski resort in order to provide people with as much creative liberty as possible. You want your character to be in Disneyland? Tim Hortons? A beach resort? A tree house in the forest? Your character can be anywhere.

Rules? First of all, only 18+ peeps can join! The rules will be very relaxed in regards to activity. We will have an unactvity limit of two weeks. Things get stricter when talking about rping common sense and courtesy, and safety of course. If you ghost us or delete your account without giving us a heads up, you will be blacklisted and will not be able to join again. Any bigot/racist/abuser/etc is forbidden from being used as a FC. A FC can be repeated up to three times, this to allow people to bring in their beloved OCs and/or avoid having someone miss out on using someone they like because someone snatched a FC before they did. 

Accessibility will be of utter importance here. We want to focus on having fun, not aesthetics. Container themes, small font, tiny gif icons that are impossible to see due to their size or the PSDs applied to them, fancy formatting, and other similar practices are highly frowned upon here. All we ask is that try to cut for posts when possible when it comes to formatting. Whether you want to roleplay via text threads, normal threads, or texts via asks, all forms of roleplaying are valid, and we will not have any writing or para requirements, so don’t worry about having to write three paras per reply. Gif chats are highly encouraged!

Events and plot drops will be suggested by the members. You want to throw a birthday party for your character? Submit a post and create an event! Think a giant storm would be a cool plot drop? Suggest it and we it could happen! Fairs, council meetings, alien invasions, power outages… Again, pretty much anything will be possible here. Events will not be mandatory, and while we won’t have any tasks, sharing things such as self-paras, graphics, playlists, etc are more than welcome! 

We won’t have a character limit! Bring in as many muses as you think you can handle! Just like members, characters will be screened as well.  Abusive, unhealthy, and vile plots & characters are banned. 

Will there be an OOC blog? Nah. You can post OOC posts on the dash if needed, and we will also have a DISCORD group anyone can join, though being part of it is not mandatory!
