The Supreme Court has elected to allow this administration’s trans military ban to go into effect while the policy’s constitutionality has yet to be decided.

Excluding transgender individuals from military service denies them the ability to fully participate in society and further stigmatizes a group of people who are already heavily discriminated against.

Transgender people are every bit as capable of serving their country as their peers, and have been serving honorably and openly for years.

The Trevor Project has witnessed first hand the negative effects of the military ban on transgender youth.

An awful lot of people have a strong belief in cuddly, soft Jesus who just wants you to have everything you desire. Jesus loved in a way that no other human being in existence has ever loved, at a magnitude that no one will ever love again. But it wasn’t a cuddly, soft, 1950′s doting housewife, “whatever you want, honey” kind of love.
