"No, not in trouble this time," a soft chuckle was in her voice. "But the day's barely started, so the gods only know!"

She shrugged the bags strap on her shoulder, gesturing down to her empty tote bag. "You know me, always in need of scrolls and whatnots."

"What's got you out of the Upper City?" Her tail was flicking curiously against her leg, Nirinwe made it known ages ago that she barely left the area.

They were making a trip to the only shop worth it in the city: Sorcerous Sundries. They were always running back to the marketplace for extra scrolls and tomes to study by the end of the week.

As she made her way through the crowded streets, eyes mostly on the ground in front of them, many faces passed and shoved past Eilith without paying any mind. As she was beginning to make a turn towards the store, they ran head first into someone.

"Oh, gods, I'm so sorry," she murmured, rubbing her nose that was bumped. She looked up towards the stranger only to be greeted by a vaguely familiar face.

Dearest diary,

Perhaps this tadpole business isn't too bad. While I am definitely out of my comfort zone, this adventuring business might be for me. 

I found the most peculiar book, The Book Of The Second Sundering, containing hundreds of dead gods! I'd never find something like this in the libraries of Waterdeep, nor if I stayed at home. 

There was also this charming skeleton-like being in the same area, goes by “Withers.” I suppose “Bones” would be too on the nose. Not that he has one. 

That little know-it-all Gale has some odd magic-eating disease, which apparently exists! Gave him some Harpers necklace, watched him absorb it in front of my own damn eyes. I don't think I'm ever gonna see something like that again. Hopefully I'll get more useless shit to “feed” him. 

Glad this old book has use again.

-Rivington: Eilith grew up on the outskirts of Rivington from ages 0-18, which takes place in 1467-1485. They often went to the markets by themselves, a shy little tiefling with too big horns. -Waterdeep Taverns/Bars: As a way to make a living to pursue her studies in Waterdeep, Eilith worked as a barmaid in many bars and taverns. This helped her break out of their shell, and they were no stranger to taking patrons home for a night. This takes place from 1485-1491 -Waterdeep Universities/Libraries: When she wasn't slinging drinks, Eilith was very studios and was often buried into books during the day. They often had many books surrounding them at a desk with many notebooks and scrap paper. Again, 1485-1491. (Game takes place in 1492)
