I’ve been perfecting my own “beanie baby” frog recently. He’s made of super soft fleece and filled with jasmine rice. He also has small glass beaded eyes and he’s the perfect palm sized weighted buddy. 🐸

I’ve made one for myself and a few for friends. Now I need to think of a name for this little guy!

On the right is my newer TY beanie buddy cat, and on the left is Blanca, the cat I was given by my grandmother the day I was born. I've brought her with me every time I've moved.

I’m obsessed with seeing pictures of people’s well-loved plushies that they take with them everywhere and make little clothes for, the warm fuzzies that gives me is IMMEASURABLE

Like I need more plushies playing at the park and reading books and sitting in autumn leaf piles content NOW

every stuffed animal is unique. the seams are never identical, their face shape, the light their eyes hold, the places where fur gets worn is unique to every plushie. you own a one of a kind artwork. love its imperfections !!

when u snuggle ur stuffed animals the love gets storred in the stuffing for later and then when u hug them later u feel the love come back out its like a spomge

I just realized I've never fully shared how I keep track of my plushies and there lore and well its a lot. my plushies are kinda like OC's for me but there stories and personalities kinda write themselves lol I do like to keep physical and digital copies of all the goings on in the little world that they live in. I wanna show you a glimpse of it today maybe it will give you ideas for you're own plush or toys ^.^

I have three notebooks the one on the left is where I put all my plushies information(resident book) down so kinda like a more indepth birth certificate. the one on the right is drafts for ideas, stories, character development that's happened. The one in the middle is new but that's where non drafts go and where the plushies apart of the main cast will have more in depth intros. I do have a town map for them in the spiral bound notebook and in the middle one but that's a story for another day ^.^

I also keep a spreadsheet in case something happens to either notebooks, this Is all the information on each plush so date of birth, last name, occupation, hobbies ect etc

Last but certainly not least is i make pintrest boards for them it mostly for fun but it really helps me get a clear vision of what there personality is like and what the world they live in looks like through there eyes. I use piccrew character makers sometimes as well but the moodboards are my main go to.
