I made banana bread this weekend. I used a recipe from Natasha's Kitchen. I made a lot of changes. I added cocoa powder. I added cinnamon. I added sour cream, and I substituted sugar for honey. I was also out of eggs so I used flax eggs. It wasn't horrible. But it could have been so much better. It was dense. I wish I had some eggs, that's the only thing I would do differently, and see what the results would be.
