I didn't say anything about Blake Lively this summer bc I thought it was strange that all of Baldoni's co-workers unfollowed him and not her, but shoutout to that one pro-Depp blogger who's already claiming the screenshots look fake when they were literally obtained through a subpoena. I guess Depp's PR team being exposed for astroturfing and using bots to wage misogynistic smear campaigns doesn't reflect too well on him either, does it?

Blake Lively sues ''It Ends with Us'' costar Justin Baldoni for sexual Harassment, claims he caused her severe emotional distress. Blake Lively is suing her It Ends with Us costar Justin Baldoni for sexual harassment, followed by a retaliatory public smear campaign to "destroy" her reputation.
The complaint, which is a precursor to filing a discrimination lawsuit in California, states there was a meeting held to address Baldoni's alleged actions and "the hostile work environment that had nearly derailed production." It was attended by various figures, including Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds.
Some of the demands that were addressed included safeguards such as a full-time intimacy coordinator, "no more showing nude videos or images of women ... to [Lively] and/or her employees," "no more mention of [Baldoni's] previous 'pornography addiction,'"... "no more discussions to [Lively]...about personal experiences with sex," "no more inquiries by [Baldoni] to [Lively's] trainer without her knowledge or consent to disclose her weight," and "no more mention by [Baldoni] of him 'speaking to' [Lively's] dead father."
"No more adding of sex scenes, oral sex or on camera climaxing by BL outside the scope of the script BL approved when signing onto the project," were other requests the complaint alleges that Baldoni and the other filmmakers agreed to.
She detailed her complaints during a meeting with Mr. Baldoni, Mr. Heath and other producers in January, according to the legal filing. She claimed Mr. Baldoni had improvised unwanted kissing and discussed his sex life, including encounters in which he said he may not have received consent. Mr. Heath had shown her a video of his wife naked, she said, and he had watched Ms. Lively in her trailer when she was topless and having body makeup removed, despite her asking him to look away. She said that both men repeatedly entered her makeup trailer uninvited while she was undressed, including when she was breastfeeding.
In Lively's complaint, which includes texts obtained through subpoena, and summarized in a report released on Dec. 21 by The New York Times, the steps allegedly enacted by Baldoni to orchestrate a smear campaign are laid out.
Texts included in the complaint include messages from Baldoni's crisis PR representative floating proposals to hire contractors to dominate social media through “full social account take downs,” by starting “threads of theories” and generally working to “change narrative.”
Justin Baldoni has hired Johnny Depp's crisis manager amid the reported It Ends With Us cast drama. Baldoni has hired veteran PR crisis manager Melissa Nathan who represented Johnny Depp during the Amber Heard trial.
Mr. Depp successfully sued Ms. Heard for defamation, and the trial became a spectacle amid suspicions of an online campaign to damage her credibility.

nobody understands my "given the political climate of the late 80s & early 90s & the whole bruce is off in moscow fighting an apprentice of the kgbeast right as questions are starting to be asked about tim's parents by alfred and bruce with regards to their general shadiness and tim is notoriously unable to answer what exactly they do because his dad is shown to be fairly tightlipped about his job in a story specifically written by wolfman (who helped create tim) i think that the drakes were possibly initially set up for a potential spy storyline" theory like i do.

I guess I can see how commenting on pwp would seem intimidating if you feel like you're under an obligation to mention the actual smut, but you aren't! I comment on E rated fics all the time. It's actually not that different from any other rating. Some of the things I look out for are:
- a line of dialogue or an action that's super in-character. "When _______ said/did _______ I screamed, that was EXACTLY what she'd do" or "everything about this story is so THEM"
- a pretty way the writer used to describing the characters' emotions or thoughts. "[quote line] love how you put this!"
- when the characters treat each other in a way that makes me mad/happy/ etc. "I’ll spare you copying the entire three paragraphs of their reunion, but I hope you know they are SO SWEET and I adore everything about it" or "Gah, I get why he did that but jeez it's the wrong move right now, isn't it??"
- a pattern or recurring theme they have as a writer that I really like. "I love how even in your shorter one shots I can see how deeply they care about each other because of how they treat each other. You're great at showing instead of telling!" Or, more simply: "I'm obsessed with how you write their dynamic!"
- How you feel now that you've read it. "Dead. I'm dead now. You owe me funeral expenses and a bucket of ice water."
But honestly something as simple as "WOW so good" is fabulous! Fic writers just want to know that someone likes how they depicted their mutual blorbos.
i follow this fanfic author and lately they've been posting that they feel demotivated by lack of comments and engagement with their fics. i really want to be more encouraging, but they almost exclusively post pwps. i have literally never commented on a E fic before and have no idea where to start :'(.
please, comment skeleton, give me advice for complimenting this authors catboy smut!
