OMG...What have I done?

I...am going to a REAL NHL Hockey game...the first time EVER going to a major sporting event. I am SOOOOO scared...nervous...and I'm going by myself. Who am I going to see?

Ok. Well, that was a very interesting game. I know the Ducks played last night, too...watched it. It was just ouch against the Stars... Just glad Lundy didn't take another puck to the hand. Seeing it taped...think it's still bothering him. Saw him rub it when the camera panned over to him at one point tonight, so...probably right on that.

Losing Troy last night against the Stars...eesh. But then hearing Grant was ON THE TRIP and possibly able to step in...SHOCKING, especially with how long he'd been out. But...he did damn good tonight. Few shots on goal, would have been nice for the FOURTH LINE HAT TRICK...(Leason and Megna, both on his line scored, which was EPIC...)

Frank Vattrano...just...WOW. Dude just came out of nowhere in OT taking that awesome pass from Lundy and...*chefs kiss*.

Yeah, I need to try to get back into these...sorry I've been slacking, but All Star Weekend had me in two concerts...and couple of the pieces demanded a bit more time. Speaking of...it was SO FUNNY the Friday night concert...halfway through our first song...POWER WENT OUT. We kept going as much as we could until the conductor finally cut us off, then we were scrambling for flashlights, cell phones...someone in the audience had a headlamp...and I wore THAT and we played on! It was hilarious!

Bah Humbug

I'm not usually so down this time of year, but I'm feeling it this year. No significant other, no tree, no lights...mostly because of where I'm living...just not enough space. Some things are still up in the air... all I want are hockey tickets, a jersey or two...or...six...LOL...but...I know no one would get those for me, so I have to do it myself. I'm not even expecting a gift at all this year, which...is kind of sad. But...it is what it is.

But...everyone has their health right now, so...guess I'm okay with that.
