Fingers crossed to all those who entered the ballot for London 2018. If you don't get a place, or even if you do, consider running for a charity. It was one of the most rewarding, heartwarming & supportive things I did & I loved every aspect. Yesterday I got back home to the trails for shimmy, muddy 10k race. Now time to give the running legs some time off as these tootsies have a date with a bicycle for a week β°π΄ββοΈ

I'm excited to be bringing 2 new workshops to the studio π We have a 6 week Yoga for Teens Programme that's running from Thursday 11th May. This is aimed to help children cope with exam stress & feel calm. We will work through some easygoing feel-good yoga as well as a few energy/stress busting moves. Each session will have some time at the end to discuss topics such as dealing with stress, nutrition & self-care. I'm trying hard to stay positive for London on Sunday but little jiggles, stresses & self doubt keep creeping in. I have to remind myself that last summer I did an ironman, so just the last bit should be a doddle, right?! π but seriously, it's totally a mental thing. Physically at horrible MTSS (shin pain) I feel great and I can do it, but I need to flip any negatives into good things as my life is full of them. I'm so grateful for all the support πβοΈ

So we gave up refined sugar for Lent which was really easy but a great opportunity to notice social habits and routines with eating certain foods... we have a lil 7 year old neighbour & wanted to get him something for Easter as he's such a generous boy (he gave us his pocket money for @sheltercharity π) so we made some caramel filled chocolates. The caramel is made of date, cashew & coconut milk & the chocolate cocoa butter, raw cacao & maple syrup. Excited to share with him tomorrow for Easter π£π°π₯
