*They moved and sat beside him, the bed hardly dipping under their weight. Not letting his hands go and keeping those bright white eyes on him. Blinking slightly and letting out a huff of air, it coming out in a white puffy fog.*

“You’ll get through this.. you have to. Try and clear your mind..” *Their voice then shifted slightly and had a tinge of Odysseus’ in it. “You can relax, my friend..”

Polites lets out a heavy sigh as the lighthearted facade he had been wearing falls, giving way to an expression of exhaustion as he unclips his brother's cloak from around his shoulders. They fold the fabric and set it on their nightstand, lightly running a calloused hand over it before sitting down on their bed.]

[The man can't determine what had caused it- maybe the built up stress of the last 12 or so years that he'd been refusing to let get to his head- but something in him snapa, and before he can try to bite his tongue, tears roll down his face in salty streaks. He tries to wipe them away, to hide the way he's slowly breaking and fumbling to force the pieces of his heart back together like he had been for so long, but a broken sob escapes his lips despite his efforts. All he can do is keep his cries quiet as he crumbles.]

*The soft sound of winds blew around him, a soft whisper of his name. Before two ice cold hands touched his shoulder and whispered in his ear.*

“Polites..” *While only seeing two white eyes from the Conner of his eye as it was said. They looked at him directly and then there was that iconic laugh..*

“Hello, friend. .” *They whisper, holding his shoulders before the hands disappeared and more wind turned around him, Aeolus appearing on his lap as they took a hand and wiped away his tears, holding both of his cheeks in their cold hands. Smiling as they look down at him.*

“My my, the great, captain Polites, crying in his room. . . Whatever could be troubling him. . ?” *They said, half teasing half asking. They glanced at his face and raised one of their brows as they looked over his face. . Waiting for him to speak and saw what was troubling him.*

“Go on captain, gods can’t say anything to your crew, can they?” *They asked as they leaned in close, their small clownish nose touching his human one. Their hands still holding their face, giving his cheek a small squeeze.*

What is the voice for this version of Aeolus? Is it the EPIC one, or is there another character they sound like? Is it one voice, or does it change like the winds?

OH MY FUCKING GOD YES

So Aeolus has the same voice from epic (bc that voice was amazingly done and I love it) but it always tends to shift depending on situations. (Almost like spamton from deltarune in a way?) certain words or certain situations will make their voice change pitch, sound and even tone.

Aeolus also speaks fluent Greek and Latin so they also use those words at times (I haven’t put them in my writing yet bc I don’t wanna confuse yall)

They also can copy voices. I have a idea actually, so in KYFC in the musical, Penelope is trying to wake him and I think that’s actually Aeolus, trying to say, “hey, this is abt to happen” but to make it seem more urgent uses her voice.

Also, I feel they can speak as multiple voices at once, like when they said land of the giants, I think they split their voice some and it made it sound like more than just them. And in the dream I feel they did Penelope and Telemachus at the same time and that’s why their voices overlapped.

Aeolus can mock gods, goddesses and, mortal voices.
