bloom can technically use telepathy...she's just not very good at it. it comes out in segments, as if she's struggling to really connect to someone's mind with her own. she's getting better, slowly but surely. though she usually keeps the ability a secret for...multiple reasons.

bloom does want to trust people, but she's already had far too many interactions that have almost lead to her being captured...she's just a bit...hesitant.

flower petal changes.

white: base colour, goes back to white after a certain amount of time, the other colours absorbing into the white.

blue: when someone is crying, their tears will turn the flower blue; these tears can be from sadness or happiness, or anger...any tears.

red: can be red for multiple reasons, to heal another's open wound, it will turn red; if someone is angry around her, the flower will turn red.

orange: when someone is overly passionate or overly joyful, it will shift to orange.

yellow: rarer, sometimes the longer she is in the sun, her flower will almost "take in" the light and turn yellow.

purple: sometimes at night, it will shift to purple, "absorbing" the moon and the stars' light.

green-blue: when healing someone who is sick, it will sometimes turn a greenish blue.

pink: when around people flustered or in love, can also be around familial or platonic love.

she's just a little guy. who is very shy, but very nice.

name: flabébé (bloom)

type: white flabébé (shiny; special)

ability: symbiosis

moveset: fairy wind, wish, magical leaf, synthesis

special: despite the flower she carries being white most of the time...the petals have been known to change colours. although the reason is currently unknown, it seems like certain emotions or material will cause the flower the shift. bloom has been seen in all hues, as well as with purple and blue-green.

history: bloom's origin is unknown. the region she came from is speculated to be kalos or paldea, though it seems she has been seen many places. her existence is sometimes said to be rumour, saying she is simply multiple flabébé, with nobody actually seeing her petals change--at least no confirmed cases. the first sighting and rumour of the little flabébé was a year prior to the present.

personality: bloom is a sweet but shy flabébé. she has had many occasions where she lost her trust in people, either through people trying to catch her, or to try and take her flower if they witness the change, not to mention as a shiny she is sought after. she tries to stick around people whom feel and have been shown to be trustworthy. despite this hesitation, if she sees someone in change, the little fae WILL try and help, without a question. the pain of other people and pokemon is shared, she cannot bare to feel the pain or to allow others to feel it.
