Alright so, faceclaim reserves are open now. Even though I'm opening the site as well in only a little while. Like I said, you’ll each be permitted to reserve three faceclaims - the only catch is, they cannot all be one gender. if you reserve three, it must be one male and two females, or two males and one female. if you only reserve two, they can both be the same gender.

Hey guys! Sorry about the delay, I had a super busy week. I should be able to open around 2:00 EST today, but I'm not going to make any promises because I don't want anyone getting their hopes up, and I'm terrible at getting things done. Like I said, I really only have the canon list to finish but it's taking me longer than I expected. However I may end up just posting a list of canon faceclaims in the meantime, since most of the canons are from the show.

► PLOT -
On a grey morning in 2011, the 'exploding man' created a nuclear blast in New York, destroying a large portion of the area, and killing millions of people. He was one of a group of individuals with abilities - superpowers, if you will - referred to in slang as 'Heroes'.
Following the event, the president, a man named Nathan Petrelli, declared that all persons with abilities be treated as though they are terrorists - threats to National Security.
Anyone suspected to have an ability could be arrested on sight, brought in for questioning, and branded with a mark that labeled them as a 'Subhuman'. Subhumans were required by law to register with the government if they wished to continue living their normal lives, but the seed had been planted by the 'exploding man' - Subhumans weren't Heroes, they were dangerous. And most people wanted them gone.
Now, five years later, the unrest has only escalated. Since 2011, the number of deaths per year caused by a Subhuman or with Subhuman involvement has increased to 10.6%. People are beginning to worry. Something has to be done about the Subhumans.
