Whoops it’s been nearly a month since I’ve posted, but during that time I’ve been fairly consistent with my working out but less so with my diet. I’m back home for summer now and have joined up to the gym here- I went on an 8km run on the treadmill today which was good!
I need to make sure I keep training my core and do strength as well as cardio. More importantly, I need to be more careful with what I’m eating! I haven’t been counting calories lately which has been nice but it has definitely slowed down my weight loss. I only have crappy scales at home so it’s hard to tell how much I weigh, but it’s definitely still around 70kg. My goal for Christmas is to get to around 66/67kg.
My biggest problem is chocolate... I just love sweet food!! I need to try eating healthy alternatives like fruit and banana pancakes more often.

I had a really bad couple of days eating poorly since it was my birthday and my final exam for uni for the year. I ate probably around 3,000 calories (including wine, cake, pasta..) yesterday and around 2,000 today. Need to get back into my health and fitness tomorrow! I’m motivated because I actually feel pretty sick from eating so unhealthily- look shit, feel shit, eat shit I guess. But now I want to look good, eat good and feel good!!

Today I ran 10km in 56 minutes! Super stoked with this- just kept pushing myself! This places me well for completing a half marathon in under 2 hours. It’s 4 weeks until the half marathon that dad and I are going to sign up for… I’m excited but nervous!!!
Also, I have now officially lost 4kg! My ultimate goal is to be 60kg (aka 14kg lighter overall) but being realistic, I want to get to 63kg. Nearly halfway there!

Hello! It’s been a while since I’ve updated you. I’ve been back up North for a week now and have been super good. I’ve worked out everyday except today (as I felt sick) and everyday and I have either been around or under the 1,000 calorie mark. Going to weigh myself tomoroew or the next day so hopefully I will around/under 70. Feeling super motivated for summer and have been looking at cute clothes online- all the more reason to lose this weight!!
