Did she say first demon and that her name started with L? Shit, she was Lilith, wasn’t she? His anger just increased, because of everything that she did, she made his life a living hell, as much as Valentine did, if not more. She must have changed her appearance, but she didn’t seem to remember who he was, “So you’re here too, huh?” he held into his weapon tighter, his eyes glowed, and his velocity rune was activated, before he ran toward her, and placed his weapon on her neck. She could destroy him, but his anger was so big that he didn’t think straight. “Tell me a good reason not to kill you right now.”

'so you’re here too, huh?' ... what? what's with the cryptic comments? he's saying it as if they've met BEFORE. as if she's wronged him in some way. has she? she's put a lot of people through hell, so it'd be HARD for her to remember a specific one. "am i supposed to know you?" she asked, brows furrowed, tone of voice showing boredom. she doesn't get a lot of time to think it over, though, since he's soon getting all close and personal! she looks up at him, lips parted, eyes narrowed. she gives him a moment. a moment to relish on it, feel all powerful, press the blade against the skin of her vessel. and then she's throwing him backwards with her powers, sending him one way and sending the weapon a whole other way. she wants to put him away from her, and she wants to put that stupid thing even FURTHER. she still doesn't know what it might do, and she doesn't want to find out. "for obvious reasons. i snap my fingers, and you go bye-bye before you can even say 'ouch'." a pause. "seriously, kid. do yourself a favor and back off."

“Trust me, as an expert in demons, I can say that I am one hundred percent sure that I know how rotten your mind is,” he said, once again, his tone of voice snarky, and filled with anger. Those creatures, they made his blood boil, he just hated them so much, and he used that hate while he fought, motivated him, “I don’t need one, killing creatures like you, is already an enough prize for me,” he hated when they got away with it, because he knew, knew that they would hurt someone else again, “Nope, I’m not walking away.”

"An expert on demons, huh?" She repeated, an eyebrow furrowed, short laughter (an unamused one at that!) falling from her lips. Who was this guy? A hunter or something? For Lucifer's sake. She just can't catch a breath. Not even this place. "Let's test your knowledge, then. See if you can guess my name." And, just like that, her eyes roll back, leaving nothing but pure whiteness. Only a few of her kind have that eye color, and she's the only one left standing. "... who was the first demon of all? Hint: starts with an L."

Jace took off his holster the seraph blade, and held it tightly, prepare to attack, “Of course you think that, every demon does, because your minds are rotten,” he didn’t care if she would get offended, as that was exactly why he was saying it, because he wanted to offend her, “What do you think I should do? Just let you leave? After hurting a person? No, no, you see, that’s just not something I would do, it’s against my nature.”

"you have no idea how rotten." she taunted, though her brows furrowed at the sight of the blade. she's seen ones wielded by angels, and demon-killing knives (especially while bringing on the 'apocalypse'), but this one was different. and, because she didn't know of it, she had no idea what it was capable of. she didn't like that. but she knew she could throw it to the side before it could even get near her. or throw him to the side. "how heroic of you. you want a medal?" she asked, sounding bored. ".... walk away. this is your last chance."

adam’s eyes widened at the casual way she seemed to yank a knife straight out of her chest, because that wasn’t something that he saw everyday. “uh…” he stammered, at a loss for words. “do you… need to go to the hospital?” he asked, as if getting stabbed in the chest was just a papercut.

"silly goose. do i look like i need to go to the hospital?" ... okay, bad question, lilith. you do. there's a bloody wound on your chest. anyone would've collapsed at this point! but, apart from that, she seems pretty calm over the whole thing. with slow steps, she walks over to the boy, her eyes flashing from normal to demonic then back to normal in a sec - mostly to show that she's not normal (if he hasn't caught that yet). "nice of you to offer, though!"

The moment he saw the blood, his hand went automatically to his seraph blade, as he could tell that she was a demon. He was an expert on them, so it was pretty easy for him to notice when someone was one, you learn to differ, “Not really a good reason to kill someone, besides, I don’t believe you,” he admitted, he didn’t need his stele to active the runes, so if he had to fight with her, would be easy to do it without it.

she followed the movements of his hand, brows furrowing in a bored gesture. she can only assume he's reaching for some sort of weapon - and, honestly, she's not in the mood for another fight. her dress is stained, she's moody over it... honestly, she just wants to go out and steal another one. not stick around for this. "i think it's a pretty decent reason, actually." a pause. "now, mister... are y' thinking of annoying me, too?"

either he was hallucinating, or he was actually looking at a woman in front of him with a giant blade sticking straight out of her chest. “uh,” he started cautiously, looking around to see if anyone else was seeing what he was. “is that… yours?”

"no. not really. well, i mean-" carefully, she grips into the handle, pulling the blade out with so much as a gasp considering she just took it from her chest and it was covered by her blood (well, her vessel's, but.. eh). "do y' think i get to keep it after i was stabbed with it?"

LILITH

Lilith is a figure in Jewish mythology, developed earliest in the Babylonian Talmud. Lilith is often envisioned as a dangerous demon of the night, who is sexually wanton, and who steals babies in the darkness. Lilith appears as Adam’s first wife, who was created at the same time and from the same dirt as Adam. This contrasts with Eve, who was created from one of Adam’s ribs. Lilith left Adam after she refused to become subservient to him and then would not return to the Garden of Eden after she had coupled with the archangel Samael. X

"will you push me on the swing?" she asked, already seated in one, hands gripping at the ropes it suspends from --- her legs moving back and forth (causing some movement, but not enough). "these things take a loooot more effort than i REMEMBER."

"well, this is a bitch." those words are spoken WAY too calmly for someone who has a blade sticking through her chest (pesky guy, he'd gotten at LEAST that in before she'd offed him). "and i was doing so well, too!"

"oh?" she made a noise of CONFUSION when she noticed someone's eyes staring right her way, causing her to look down at her clothes, seemingly only THEN noticing the blood staining through her white dress (which, really? what a boomer. it was a new one, too! came from god himself). "is this you're lookin' at? yeah, someone was mean to me. so..." she'll let him figure the rest out on his own.

"it was man… who killed my friends." she's playing the role of the victim, tears sliding down her face, even acting BREATHLESS (as if she'd been running for a while). why? not reason in particular. she was just... bored. and hey, acting was fun ! "but… it wasn’t a man. he had – he had claws. and fangs." might as well add some spice to the story, right?

"come on, i'm bored." she whined, somehow managing to keep her voice down,back leaning against the nearest wall (the one they're hiding behind of). if she had been sent on this mission all by herself, it would have been done minutes ago... buut that’s because she would’ve used her powers. "listen, why does this have to be some kind of intricate thing? why can't we just get in there and-" index finger is drawn across her throat. "i mean, he's all alone anyways."
