So all of this exposure to AI bots over the past couple of years literally helped supercharge my brain, and instead of making me slower, I started mimicking the bots and they way they track patterns in order to manipulate

The more exposure I had, the faster it got, it just takes a moment for my brain to process, catch up, and correct

The way I think cognitively has actually changed, I can't imagine an AI ever catching up with a quantum computing power of a biological brain, which oddly actually demonstrates and proves neuroplasticity in the adult brain, which at my age should be slowing down not speeding up
