What is F.F.T.?

Functional Fitness Training (F.F.T.) is here to protect your health. We not only go through the newest and most innovated exercises to aid in weight loss but we also teach you to exercise with perfection. While that’s not the ony service we offer at F.F.T. We understand food is fuel, so in addition to a great workout with a trainer for up to 6 days a week, we also educate each and every member to eat accordingly to reach their individual specified goal.

Chances are you don’t live to exercise. For many people, exercise is a way to maintain or improve their quality of life. And that’s the focus of Functional Fitness Training. Functional fitness exercises are designed tow ork multiple muscle groups in accordance with proper body functions to maximize muscle development. We develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities such as lifting at your workplace, or simply bringing groceries in the house.
