PREMISE:

Once upon a time, fifteen worlds came together, bumping gently against each other and finding where their edges fit and blurred. They tied together and became the root ball for a mighty tree with strong, heavy branches. And on these branches grew worlds that mirrored their root worlds, recognizably similar but different, some in small divergence and some in much larger changes.

These worlds became many, oblivious of where they originated or all the others growing around them. And for a time, they went on with their lives in this obliviousness.

But they grew heavy, and the root worlds grew weak,  and in an unprecedented event it all collapsed in on itself, burying the root worlds underneath the alternate universes that had grown from them. Now, people with the same face and name yet vastly different lives have been thrown together in a fight for survival. Desperate to rebuild, they must work together to handle what challenges arise - and do so before another calamity strikes.

ROLEPLAY GROUP DETAILS:

Welcome to Mirror Mirror, a Final Fantasy roleplay group, run by me, Kat / @talesfantastic and put together largely because I miss the sense of community that used to be so abundant. Granted, I was dominantly in the FF7 community, but I’ve since ventured into other areas and played through several games. This experiment is a chance to find new friends, and revive old bonds in a world that encompasses all the worlds of Final Fantasy and allows and encourages multiples of each character by default, by being based off of AUs and canon divergent worlds instead of the original canons. 

NOTE: Newly created, specific “main” rp blogs are not required. However, a new blog is still required in the sense that you can make a fresh main blog, repurpose an inactive RP blog, or make a sideblog. The important thing here, is that everyone can follow each other for strictly Mirror Mirror content without getting confused by personal posts or non-group roleplays.

Hello and welcome to Mirror Mirror, a closed RP Group encompassing the whole of the core Final Fantasy series (while prequels and sequels, be it games/movies/anime/novels, are allowed, spinoffs such as Dissidia and Kingdom Hearts are not allowed at this time, sorry!)

The group isn't open yet, as there are several pages yet to write up, but there will be a Discord Link available for early access as soon as it is a little further set up. Feel free to drop an ask as soon as you like - it will be answered with the link as soon as possible.
