feyminho:
how i met your mother.
{ ☾ }
The clear quartz he picked has few clouds inside, making for a foggy bottom but a perfectly transparent point. When light passes through it, it breaks into ribbons of bright color. One of the good things about experiencing the bond between a familiar and a witch, then breaking it, is that he knows a damn good crystal when he sees one. “Do you think she’ll like it? I also bought chocolates for her, in my bag” he says, worried and biting his lip. Siwoo’s not his witch, but they’ll pretend today to make his mom happy, even if it means lying.
siwoo loved his mother, in fact he was determined to protect her so that she could never be hurt again like how his father had done, though when it came to lying to her about having a familiar...well he felt bad, though it was something he had no choice really doing. he understood that she was only worried about him, that she wanted what was best for him, though he wasn’t exactly ready to make such a commitment quite yet.
in the end, thankfully, he had minho by his side to help him put on a show just for his mother. it wasn’t really the easiest task to do, especially since his mother also had her own familiar and knew everything there was to having such a companion, but she seemed to at least buy the fact that siwoo ‘had a familiar’ of his own. that or she was just really good at acting, or even she hoped that this would all lead to siwoo actually gaining a familiar through minho. he had yet to figure out the answers to his own doubts, though for now it seemed to make his mother happy so he continued to act as if this were all real.
he’s staring out of the window, lost in thought, when he suddenly feels someone nudging him. siwoo turns just enough to look at the other male seated beside him before glancing down at the quartz that minho is holding. it was in fact a nice looking quartz and he’s honest when he nods in response to the question being asked to him. “i think she will. she really does enjoy such things, especially since she has a thing for crystals. the chocolates will definitely buy her off easily. she’s always had a sweet tooth really, i wouldn’t be surprised if she had a bunch of desserts laid out when we get there.” siwoo offers a small smile towards the other male before he gently grazes the crystal with his fingertips.
the lies he fed to his mother about having found himself a familiar would constantly eat at him, causing him to sometimes even feel sick for telling such a lie to the one person he had promised he would never hurt or even allow to be harmed in any way, but it was the only way to keep her off his back and let him breathe. “are you sure you’re okay with this? you can always back out if you aren’t comfortable with any of this.” was he giving the other a chance to back out of this? yes, because no matter how selfish siwoo could be at times or even how cold he could seem, he wasn’t one to force others to do anything that they didn’t want to do or didn’t feel comfortable doing.

feyxiaojian:
∘⡊ ☾ ˚⊹All In⊹
{ ☾ }
at present, xiaojian is almost lost in thought about the ingredients before them before siwoo breaks the silence, causing him to sort of come to his senses in the moment. he thinks on the other’s words for a moment, rubbing his chin. his eyes scan over the book in front of them.
“i think that’s probably just you.” xiaojian jokes for a moment, a small smile on his face before he finally looks up to meet siwoo’s eyes. “i feel like i should probably be the voice of reason, but i have to admit, i’m a little curious, too.” he gives a quiet hum in thought.
“maybe we could experiment? but just a little. like… just one extra thing.”
siwoo was fully aware of the risks of tampering with potions, he knows that there are books for potions for a reason, however, it seemed like his hands were always itching to just see how far he could go before things got bad. he wanted to test his limits but also figured that one day he would end up creating something of his own whether it was on purpose or by pure coincidence.
even at times when he had someone such as xiaojian around to try and reason with him, to convince him that his ideas weren’t really the best, he still wanted to see what would actually happen in the end. it wasn’t like he was actually blowing buildings up with his little experiments, or even causing harm to others by doing so, and to him it was all just him wanting to try something new for a change.
he figures that this time xiaojian will tell him no, that the other male will convince him that doing this was the worst idea they could possibly do, so when he listens to the other’s words carefully and hears him agree, well siwoo can’t help but smile. “fine, just one extra thing. don’t worry, such a simple potion like this one should be fine if we’re just adding a single item to it.” he hoped so at least. siwoo didn’t want to actually cause any harm to xiaojian in any way because of his own moment of recklessness.
if it were him in the past, the siwoo who had that special someone in his life at the time to stop him completely, he would have agreed to throw the idea out the window and move on. times changed though, people changed, and such memories were now nothing but something in the past. even though his experiments with potions still got a little out of hand sometimes, siwoo had improved over the years and occasionally got a positive result in the end.
“would you like to have the honors of choosing what we add? or would you rather i choose instead?” he doesn’t mind either way, in the end they were still adding a little extra something to sort of ‘spice up’ the potion in front of them and that was all he wanted to do. it didn’t matter to him what it was or even if it was the strangest ingredient, he wanted to see what they could possibly create this time.
who knows? maybe whatever they decided to add would end up actually creating something new, maybe it would improve the potion and they could take credit for discovering something entirely new that no one else even knew about.

∘⡊ ☾ ˚⊹Prepare For Trouble⊹
a starter for @arafey
it all started off as just siwoo being bored, him doing small things to get ara riled up and get some sort of reaction out of the other witch, though seeing how she reacted to his little tricks made that small part of him only want to continue doing what he could in order to annoy her in any way that he possibly could.
if she hadn’t given him even the slightest bit of reaction to his little ‘jokes’ then he would have put a stop to it all after only messing with her the first time, however, it ended up becoming a sort of ‘routine’ for him to purposely seek her out when he wanted something to keep him entertained even for just a little bit. siwoo really didn’t let up even after he had found out where the female worked at, happening to find out this little detail when he had found his way into the bookstore that she works at by chance and thus began to make it a regular thing to do nearly on a daily basis.
a few of the other witches that witnessed his little ‘teasing’ he did towards ara and even began to question siwoo, asking if he was doing these things because he liked the other witch, in return they received a glare and a simple ‘no’ in response. he was being honest, not having even the slightest bit of romantic feelings towards her, he was just keeping himself entertained while enjoying her reactions she gave in return. it was all simply just a little bit of joking here and there, nothing more and nothing less.
despite him wanting to mess with her every now and then, he did also enjoy going to the bookstore to read up on different things ( each day it just depended on his mood really ), so his trips to the bookstore weren’t solely because of her but she was definitely one of the reasons for his little visits. what was the point of living in this boring and dark world they all lived in if you didn’t at least have a little fun every once in a while?
today is one of those days as usual where he’s avoiding his father and decides to pay ara a little visit, by this point already knowing her work schedule thanks to all of the previous visits he’s made so far. the corner of his lip curves up into a small smirk as he opens the door and makes his way inside, pausing momentarily to look around the bookstore in search of ara before his gaze finally lands on her. he gives a small wave of his hand, his cockiness showing as he does so, before he slowly makes his way over towards her and stops only a few feet away.
“hey there, ara. i’m sorry i couldn’t pay you a little visit yesterday, i was busy with a few things.” his tone is teasing, as usual, and he knows that she most likely doesn’t even care that he wasn’t around the day before. still, it doesn’t stop him from continuing, his eyebrow raising as he speaks and acts as if he’s really curious of what her answer will be. “did you miss me?”

∘⡊ ☾ ˚⊹All In⊹
a starter for @feyxiaojian
over the past few years, siwoo had done his fair share of experiments with different types of potions, charms and other things that he found even the slightest bit of interest in. sometimes he ended up injured and other times he came out of it all without gaining even the slightest scratch, the latter happening very rarely due to his recklessness at times but that was mostly due to old habits from the past. habits that seemed to be a bit hard for him to get rid of no matter how much time went by.
his mother often worried about him when it came to these sorts of situations, telling him that she was worried he would end up seriously injured someday if something major happened while he was in the process of mixing random ingredients together, though at the same time she knew that he was very capable of managing to get by without seriously injuring himself and those around him. the only time she wasn’t too worried was when he had someone around while in the process of making up potions because it meant that at least someone would be there just in case things were to take a turn for the worse.
one of those people that siwoo’s mother could feel at ease with was one of his good friends, xiaojian. the two had met a bit after the other male had come to korea and it was like they had managed to click instantly due to their shared interest in potions, after realizing this fact the two often would spend time together either playing around with different potions or even just hanging out in general. the other male was someone who siwoo felt as if he could actually tell anything to without holding back, someone who he could easily relax around and let his guard down while knowing that xiaojian would be there for him just like siwoo would be there for the other when he needed him as well.
even after siwoo had sort of just become cold and nonchalant towards others, xiaojian was someone that he had managed to become close to and enjoyed being around. no, siwoo didn’t smile and laugh more or less around the other than usual, though at this point they did understand one another enough for the other male to know that siwoo was just someone who rarely showed much emotion.
he’s currently squinting at the ingredients that are set out, contemplating on whether or not he should add in a few more things or just see what happens with what is laid out in front of him. he tares his gaze from the items to look at the other male across from him before speaking. “hey, xiao, do you feel like something is missing or is my brain just wanting to add things like usual?” he asks this, wanting to hear what the other male thinks. it’s as if his hands are just itching to disregard the book in front of them and add the most random things he can find just to see what the outcome would be, though he’s also trying lately to restrain himself from doing such things, to actually go by the book and make actual potions rather than making a mess of things.

∘⡊ ☾ ˚⊹Bruises⊹
a starter for @yujinfey
there were times where siwoo preferred just staying at home, either reading books, messing around with potions or even just lounging around while watching tv, though there were other times when he would occasionally head out and see if he could crash a party just for fun. usually the latter happened during times when he would get into some argument or disagreement with his dad over their differences on certain matters. tonight was one of those times and the reason why he decided to even show up at a party that he had heard was happening.
of course he didn’t get invited to the party, what fun would that be if he had been? instead he decided to just show up unannounced and see what sort of ‘fun’ he could have, thinking that he would be able to use this as a distraction from his dad and let loose a bit. the thing about him and his dad not seeing eye to eye on literally everything was that they often fought but siwoo despised his dad more than anyone else, even going so far as to disown the older man after what he had put siwoo’s mom through.
siwoo goes to take a sip of his drink, only to realize that he was empty and lets out a sigh of annoyance before deciding to make his way towards the kitchen to get himself a refill. there was no way he would just drink a small amount and enjoy such a party sober, so in his mind he had planned to drink as much as he possibly could tonight and let all of his worries disappear even if it were just for one night.
his plans though were put to a stop when he suddenly runs into someone, eyebrows furrowing as he looks at the male and speaks. “can you watch where you’re going?” his tone is rude, showing that he’s not going to take any blame for this situation even if he is partially at fault as well. all he had wanted to do was enjoy the night with some booze and decent music but now he was just annoyed at this point. siwoo isn’t sure who this person is, however, he did know that the other wasn’t a witch from house jaesung. if he was then siwoo would have at least remembered his face.

feydojun:
Because Of You
{ ... }
“ok, i do party sometimes but just so you know that i didn’t drink a single drop of alcohol yesterday— not like that’s your business anyway.” and dojun throws that bitter tone right at siwoo, especially when he keeps going. “actually you should be thanking me.” he huffs. “i was about to save your cute ass from that annoying costumer that was hitting on you. or harrassing would be a better word. you’re welcome.” he smiles at siwoo then, overly sweet and pats the other’s chest with his not injured hand.
for siwoo it had always been easier to just act as if he didn’t care about what was going on around him, as if he were someone who didn’t pay much attention to those around him, though at some point in time he had actually shown his inner thoughts and feelings to dojun. he had smiled, laughed and showed a more loving and caring side to himself that no one else, besides his mom, had gotten to see. though, things changed and at some point siwoo had learned to accept it all after the day they last saw one another.
after their breakup happened, siwoo spent a few weeks trying his best to get over the whole thing, he tried to figure out why dojun would suddenly end things at the time, though in the end he never really could find the answers to his questions. once dojun ended their relationship it was as if he just vanished, like he never existed to begin with, and siwoo eventually moved on...or so he thought. after him and dojun happened to run into one another again it seemed as if siwoo was unable to restrain the jealousy he got when seeing dojun show up to work on days where he was sporting some new marks on his neck, the jealousy he got when seeing the other flirting with someone, and it made him so irritated that he wanted to call dojun out on it all. though, in siwoo’s mind, it was all over. it has been since that day. so, when seeing dojun he just sort of acted as if he didn’t really care, when in fact he actually does.
siwoo can’t help the small eyeroll he does in response to dojun’s words, slowly shaking his head as he examines the other’s injured hand. the old habit of wanting to show his worry, to show that he cares, threatens to present itself out for dojun to see but he holds back.
“you’re right, it’s not my business anymore what you do.” he lets out a small scoff as he releases dojun’s injured hand and turns to face him. “you made that pretty clear-” he stops himself suddenly, letting himself sigh heavily and run his fingers through his hair slowly to calm himself and sort his own thoughts. ‘when you ended things’ was what he wanted to say, though if he did that then it would just end up opening up a can of worms that didn’t need to be brought back up again. not now.
siwoo watches as the other begins to pat his chest, eyebrow raising just slightly before he meets dojun’s gaze with a look of amusement on his own face. “i should thank you? i’m pretty sure that i’m more than capable of at least guarding myself from such situations. i’ve been doing it for a while now.” he can’t help but smirk a bit, grabbing a hold of dojun’s uninjured wrist without breaking eye contact with the other. “or maybe you set this all up, purposely injuring yourself, because you’re jealous?” he means this more as a joke, a way to tease dojun, though there’s a part of him that actually wants to hear that the other had been jealous. even that thought makes him want to laugh out loud but he holds back and keeps his composure.

“Please do not drop things into my cauldron.”
no matter how much time had passed, siwoo had always been one who liked experimenting with different sorts of potions. some either worked out while others...well didn't. either way, it was something that siwoo really enjoyed doing, especially when it came to just passing the time by when he was feeling bored or even just wanted to see if he could come up with something entirely new.
in the past, when siwoo and dojun had dated, he often found himself in situations where the potions he 'created' ended up getting him injured and dojun ending up having to help bandage him up, while also getting onto him for being so reckless, and if he were to be honest with himself right now he would say that he actually was enjoying just standing around watching dojun as he works on whatever potion he was currently working on.
of course he wouldn't admit this out loud, especially since the two weren't exactly the same as they once had been, though internally he was the opposite of what his facial expression was currently showing.
he slowly makes his way around the room, eyeing a few of the ingredients as he occasionally glances over at dojun to see what the other is doing. it's then that he has a thought cross his mind and he slowly picks up a couple ingredients, hiding them and waiting until the other male turns his back before he tries sneaking over to the cauldron. siwoo thinks he'll get away with slipping a few extra things inside, though as he's just about to drop the first ingredient in he hears dojun's voice and stops.
siwoo glances over at the other male and lets out a small sigh before finally deciding against his little plan. "you know, when you asked me to come over i didn't expect to be sitting around watching you do this." he returns the ingredients he had to their rightful places before leaning against the wall, crossing his arms before speaking once more. "what are you even trying to do anyway? why bother having me come over if this is all you're going to do?" he asks these questions, eyebrow raising to show the bit of curiosity he has.
"if i'm just here to watch you make some potion then i might as well just head home and find something interesting to do...since you won't let me add a few things in as well." he mutters the last bit under his breath, glancing over at the cauldron. siwoo preferred being more hands on with such things rather than just roaming around in the background bored out of his mind.
he wondered if there was another reason why dojun had called him over or if it was just really for the other to torture him by making him stand around.

Because Of You
@feydojun { original post here }
{ ... }
"i'm fine." he tries to bite back, hopefully it isn't affected by how flustered he feels inside. "and that's rich coming from you." he snorts. "i lost count of how many times i had to badge you up because you ended up putting the wrong ingredient in the—" he looks up to siwoo and has to cut himself off when he realizes that their faces are a little too close with each other, enough that their noses are almost brushing and dojun's brain resets for a moment, only working to send more blood to the gwiin witch's cheekbones and the tip of his ears, so he looks back at their hands. "whatever."
when it came to the past, there were some things that were just better left behind, some even that siwoo would prefer not remembering. though, it seemed as if fate was quite twisted in some ways, especially when it came to running into dojun after so long. the memories of their past still managed to find their way back to him, whether it was before they ended up meeting again or even before that, and it almost made him want to just laugh at it all. they didn’t exactly have the best break up, well in siwoo’s mind they hadn’t at least.
so, to end up working at the same little cafe together after experiencing all of that, he wondered why life seemed to love playing games with him. was this all because he had done some stupid shit over the past few years? probably so but either way his personality didn’t allow him to really show that he was in fact affected by this whole situation with having to now work with his ex boyfriend after so long of not seeing one another.
siwoo lets out a small sigh, more out of annoyance rather than boredom, when the customer sits there flirting with him. he wasn’t one who was too fond of customers doing such things, especially when he was supposed to be focusing on his job rather than pleasing them, though he couldn’t exactly be rude because he had to keep that same ‘customer friendly’ attitude that came with being an employee at the cafe. actually, he really didn’t have to and could in fact be the biggest asshole seeing as he really didn’t need the money and only worked because it gave him something to do, though seeing how dojun reacted at times to such situations did amuse him a bit so he just sort of went along with it all in the end.
he flashes the usual charming smile that he uses when customers approach him, giving a little bit of a laugh every now and then to please the customer in front of him, though his attention is quickly averted from the customer to the sound he hears next to him. it doesn’t take him long to quickly make his way over to dojun once he realizes that the other male had managed to burn himself somehow, ignoring the annoyed mumbling coming from the person who was just flirting with him moments before.
siwoo and dojun may have broken up long ago, however, there was still a part of siwoo that felt something for the other male despite how things had ended between them. even in situations such as this one, he couldn’t help but worry for the other even if he kept the same expression that showed ‘i could care less’ when really he did still care. it was best if he just didn’t show this because he knew that it would only cause things between them to become messy when they didn’t need to be. what’s done was done and he left it at that.
he holds a firm grip on dojun’s wrist as the water runs over the area that had been burned, listening to the others words and letting out a small sigh as he shakes his head. it’s only when the other male stops speaking that siwoo finally allows himself to look at him, slowly blinking a few times as he keeps his expression neutral, not wanting to show that he’s even slightly affected by how close they are. he doesn’t even bother looking away until dojun does, finally finding his own words to speak once again. “well then, just think of this as payment for all of those times. what were you even doing anyway to end up this way?”
siwoo takes a moment to examine the area, memories of all the times dojun had helped him with his own injures returning at that moment which causes just the slightest bit of a smile on his face before it quickly disappears before anyone can notice, or more specifically dojun. “i would expect something like this from a rookie but not you. let me guess, you were out partying last night again so you weren’t paying attention? still hungover or something?” his tone almost sounds bitter as he speaks, no matter how hard he does try to hide it.
as much as he hates to admit it, dojun still has some sort of effect on him even after what happened to them.

“Is this a cure, or a poison?”
if there was one thing about siwoo that those closest to him knew, it was that he enjoyed experimenting with potions. whether they turned out great or ended with some sort of explosion of sorts, it was fun for him either way. there had been a few times in which he had gotten himself injured a bit but it had never been anything too serious.
most of the time when he was experimenting with different ingredients, he would find little 'test subjects' to try them out and see what the ending results were, some would be perfectly fine afterwards while others....well not so much. this time he had come up with something a little different and even though the coloring of the new potion he made wasn't the most appetizing to look at ( and even smelled horrible ) he was confident that it wouldn't harm someone...at least not majorly anyway.
he gives a small shrug to the question being asked, giving that small charming grin he usually does when he's a little too confident in himself. "don't worry, even if it is poisonous, i have something that can help cure you....hopefully." he says this as he holds the small bottle up in front of him, dangling it between his fingers as he eyes the contents of his own little experiment. "if something does happen to you, then you can just come back and haunt me for the rest of my life, make my life a living hell if you want." he raises a brow as he says this, his gaze averting from the small vile to mina.
if his mother knew of him using other living beings as his test subjects for these little concoctions she would definitely teach him a lesson and would probably beat him senseless, though what she didn't know wouldn't hurt her. as long as she didn't find out, and he managed to keep them alive, then all was good.
"to answer your question though, it should be a cure...should be at least. you're the first to try it out so i guess we'll see what happens once you've consumed it." he finally holds the vile out towards her, motioning for her to take it from him.
most of the things he did, siwoo never really intentionally harmed someone despite having a few thoughts about certain people here and there. he may be cold and uncaring towards most, however, he would never intentionally put someone in harms way no matter how much he despised them. he wasn't a murderer after all, just someone who enjoyed making his own potions when he was bored and needed something to keep him busy, especially using such things as an excuse when he would receive a call or text from his father or his 'play toy' inviting siwoo over for dinner.
"how about this, you drink half and i'll drink the other half. this way, even if it turns out to be poisonous, we'll both suffer. deal?" he says this, internally hoping that the other potion that he's made up will actually help cure them if this one ends up nearly killing the both of them.

∘⡊ ☾ ˚⊹under the stars⊹ — solo
this world was one of which supernatural beings managed to exist in with one another, at least most of them anyway. once siwoo had learned about things such as werewolves, vampires, familiars and even witches, he had grown curious about each at some point but as time went on and he grew up he also realized just how dark this world was. most humans didn't know of the dangers that lurked in the shadows while some did, those that didn't were the ones that siwoo had, at some point, envied at times.
one would probably say that he should feel grateful to even be a witch, however, even though being a witch had it's perks there were some things that he just didn't care for. being a witch from house jaeseung meant that he had to put up with being known as one of the 'outcasts'. he didn't mind this though, in fact he could honestly care less about the small comments said to or even about him.
when he was younger, siwoo didn't understand anything that was going on at the time, only being told by his mother that they were a bit 'different' than the other houses in more ways than one. it took him a few years to finally understand what his mother had told him back then and over time he just sort of learned to shrug it off and accept the fate that had been given to him. he learned to ignore others and just do his own thing.
maybe it was this reason alone that his father had ended up doing what he had, the reason why he had not only left him and his mother but also had been so cold towards him. though, it could have also been because of the fact that he just wanted nothing to do with siwoo in general. he had yet to figure out the reason behind all of this, though over time after his parent's divorce he just decided to not care in the end. to him the only one who he could really trust in this world was his mother, the only one he could depend on and also the one who he would protect no matter what.
what is the definition of a 'perfect family'?
this was a question he occasionally had wondered back then, a question that often times he would ask himself or even his mother when they would be out in public and see a happy-looking family smiling and laughing together. it's all and act thought right? there was no true happy family out there without problems, without arguments or even issues that were making them grow further and further apart from one another.
even as he sits there on the bench, looking up at the night sky above him, staring at the stars that shine in the sky, he can't help but laugh at the thought of a perfect family even being out there somewhere in this world. there was just no way that it even existed and he pitied those who even believed that they did. no, he didn't pity them, in fact he thought they were nothing more than fools for believing so. as for his own mother, he did feel bad for her. she still believed that somewhere out there, there was someone who would appear in her life and give her that sort of happiness that she longed for, the kind of happiness that she saw on tv or even read in books. it was that reason that he had to step out for a while and get some fresh air because he just didn't have the heart to fight her and tell her that there was no such thing in the world that they lived in.
she was someone he had realized was a hopeless romantic, one of which couldn't be helped, and he wanted nothing more than to keep her from going through what she had gone through with his father. she deserved better than that, deserved the world even, and as he sits out there at night thinking of all this, siwoo wants to find some way to get her to actually open her eyes and realize that her dream of having that sort of 'happy family' is just that. a dream.
he doesn't have the heart though to crush her dreams so in the end all he can do is let her eventually find this out on her own, all while protecting her in the process. one day she would realize that she doesn't need someone in her life like that, that they could just live together without such worries and distractions, though for now he would stick close to her and make sure that no harm came to her either physically or emotionally. he would continue to make her smile and laugh as usual like nothing was wrong in the world. siwoo would also do his best to fend off anyone who dared to harm her in any way possible even if he had to scare them away somehow.
his father failed to protect her so he would do it instead.

∘⡊ ☾ ˚⊹intro post⊹ — siwoo
hello ! so i should have had this done way before now but here i am doing stuff at the last minute which is normal for me really. lol anyway, i'm em (also the mun behind feyhoon & feyxareum) and this here is my boy siwoo. i'm really excited to get things going for him and also really glad to have him here ! below i'll list some things to know about him to get things started off (and to also help everyone from having to trouble themselves with looking at his blog because that's still a work in progress atm) if you would like to plot something up feel free to let me know by either liking this post or shooting me a dm either on here, twitter (@cosmicsthetic) or discord (♡ em#5224) !
just some basics and things about his family/him:
he's a witch affiliated with house jaeseung.
his family is wealthy so he comes from some good money, literally everything he owns was bought by them, some things bought by his father but most of his belongings bought by his mother.
he doesn't really care what others say to or about him when they're being negative about things, most of the time really just letting their words go in one ear and out the other.
siwoo tends to do what he wants, when he wants, and doesn't care much about other's opinions about him. as long as no one messes with him and those he actually cares, which is mainly just his mother, he won't react to anything being said. mess with his mother or even say something that sets him off about her and he won't be too forgiving.
he likes to 'experiment' with spells and potions, sometimes resulting in accidents because he can get a little too careless with what he's doing.
he may be a little too confident in his own skills and becomes a bit reckless at times, though he's someone who always has his father there to back him when needed.
his relationship between him and his father is strained due to the fact that siwoo still resents him for remarrying after cheating on his mother and divorcing her (still not understanding why he chose some human over his mother really). he can't stand his step-mother and shows it when he's forced to show up for 'family' dinners or holiday's. the only time he doesn't complain about one of his parent's is when it comes to his mother, who he's rather close to and protective over, preferring to spend time with her rather than his father and his 'play thing' as he calls her.
he lives with his mother in an apartment complex (bought by his father as an 'apology' gift to siwoo for falling in love with another woman) and doesn't really take too kindly to others just showing up unannounced (mainly his step-mother when she decides to show up with home-cooked meals. he actually has the code to their home set to something that only him and his mother know since they're the only two that live in the apartment.)
he currently works part-time at starry nite cafe mostly just for his own 'entertainment' rather than because he needs the money or even cares for finding a familiar for himself. it's a way to help him just get out of his place for a few hours and have something to do when he doesn't want to be stuck at home bored.
as mentioned above, he doesn't have a familiar yet and isn't really bothered to really have one. he knows that he needs one, however, he's very stubborn and will tell himself and others that he doesn't need a familiar and that he's strong enough on his own without one. his mother, however, wants for him to find his familiar and maybe that's the only reason why he's at least considered to at least find one so she won't worry so much about him.
siwoo comes off as cold, nonchalant and just plain rude towards others 'just because'. it's his 'self-defense' against others, though he does have a few people around that he will actually walk to the ends of the earth for if needed.
his father wants for siwoo to find his familiar and also to eventually take over his company when the time comes, though siwoo doesn't want his father running his life and will constantly tell him that he has nothing to do with him after everything that happened. his family is with his mother and house jaeseung, that's it. to siwoo, his father doesn't really even exist anymore.
