The context: Ladybug was dealing with tough akuma. Everything she did just failed and she got many hits. Luka found mauled Ladybug and rushed to help her. She already felt she had no more energy left and she’s not able to fight anymore. Seeing the opportunity of Luka being there, she ordered him to replace her for this fight. She trusted him. But he didn’t want to do that. He didn’t feel like he’s worthy enough to become Ladybug’s Miraculous holder. But when he saw that the superheroine is Marinette he didn’t hesitate for long to grant her wish. All he wanted was just to save his beloved.

Hey so what do you think about the „new rayan“ in the illus? Actually i am not so sure about it i mean he really looks younger and i don‘t like that fact XD but it‘s just the beginning maybe he is going to look different in the next illus🙈

I will tell you anon, I’m right behind you on this, the Rayan that I like the most is this one: 

Strong jawline, not so perfect and straight-up nose. When I draw him I keep in mind that he is more square, that his eyes aren’t too wide or big, that is nose is not anime-like and boring, I personally like him with a rougher and even round nose. 

For me, he looks more handsome that way. 

But I’m not against the one that we see in the first two ilus of Love Life because we also had this: 

That isn’t necessarily that bad. I mean, I can’t really judge, I can’t draw male characters right and I always change his face a lot from one drawing to the other. But it’s not my favorites with him either. 

Maybe beemoov got cold feet and was like “no, make Rayan look younger this time”, because I remember that one of the things that some ppl would come up with about Rayan is how old he looks like and how that creepy. 

And they really started to make him look younger in the last ilus too, not so much at the start. 

But I don’t know, for me he has a strong jaw, pretty square face and a little bit more less pointy and I guess thin, his face kinda looks thin and rather squared, more anime-like I guess. 

I think he still looks good in the new ilus, I actually liked the ilus a lot. Despite them all be again, at night 😂😂😂
