deci is now added to this blog. yes i know this blog has been inactive for a while but wE’RE BRINGING IT BACK BBY !!! 

deci is a raptor from little garden who ate a devil fruit(deci deci fruit), giving her the powers of sound altercation. meaning she can make whatever comes out of her throat effect all around her. 

she had been one of the creatures that was to be sold at sabaody(because of her powers) when the straw hats attacked the place, and has been living on said island ever since, eating and surviving the best she can.

     blue looked at the woman staring right back at her, tails were swaying behind the feline as she knelt down to have a better look at the human. the overgrown cat was purring the whole while, after all, with shiki gone--the animals weren’t vicious as they once were.
