Starting a new wolf mask sculpture. Been a while since I used monster clay, so you can watch me struggle with a droopy nose for the first half lol

I know thats kinda confusing because of how tumblrs system works, there was no way to turn the old blog into a main one.

Fun faux leather/scaley hide/paw pad texture. Took some scrap fleece and tested spraying flex seal over top. It work ever better then I could have imagined.

Im going through and moving stuff to a proper main blog, shouldnt effect anything since the url will be the same when im done. (this has been a sideblog to my personal nerding out account lol) But going through old photos has made me realize that if I ever do get back into mask making (which i’d like to) almost ever mold needs to be thrown out.

My sculpting skill have improved enough where i’d be embarrassed to keep using those molds. It kinda painful cause those took alot of work and were expensive to make, but it comes down to be honest with myself as an artist and to continue pushing my work forward.

This Gold Scaled Forest Spirit  is a one of a kind art doll. It is 10 inches tall and 22 inches long. its tail and neck are posable It has synthetic fur covering its body and his face and feet are sculpted from sculpey. Both the head and tail are posable Please remember that it is not a toy and should be handled and posed gently and should not be given to children. When posing them, please support the sculpture by chest when posing. Also, comes from a home with cats, dogs. If you are allergic to pet dander, this is your warning. I try to keep them away from the fur fabrics, but…cats will be cats. Upon auction win a non- refundable deposit of at least 30% must be paid within 72 hours of winning. If deposit isnt paid, the win will go to the next bidder down. Full price, including shipping fees must be paid off within one week or I will consider you as having broken this agreement and I will relist doll and you will not get your 30% refunded.
