Alright, Icarus's comm is sending that in an error message so I was making sure it wasn't what happened to Centross

Hey, can a comm error say 'don't try again later'?

Yeah, each comm error is changed between what the comm has gathered about the people involved or it is hand written in advance. If it says that then the comm is either still in service or the owner is not around either it can also be tracked.
