The pointe shoes generally look broken in and the form looks good. I think that all the models shown on pointe here are actually trained in ballet. The photographer did that one male ballet dancer dirty by using a photo where his foot isn't fully pointed. I'm sure his form was ultimately good, but the photographer caught him at an in-between stage instead of with his foot fully pointed.
