I experience something similar, except there’s about 5 voices and not necessarily negative or positive just different. I worked through a lot in therapy and for me it is a dissociation thing but not DID. There are other dissociative disorders (for me it’s osdd). I think something worth mentioning is when I first started discussing it in therapy my therapist brought up that it’s common for people to associate different internal voices with different emotions. I think it’s a highly individual experience
is it normal to imagine two people in your head and one of them says negative things and the other says positive things, and when you want the negative thoughts to stop you imagine the positive one beating up the negative one? is that DID or just a weird coping mechanism?

What I find so interesting and fantastic is that her posture, body language, and facial movements all LOOK like she is in fact singing opera. She doesn't look pained, she's not forcing the distorted scream, she is comfortable and has her head high with a smile as she performs.
This is a normal opera performance with the audio muted. And that is such a fantastic contrast to the sound you hear come out of her.

I’ve seen a lot of people talk about the show where gerard says ‘if you came with your best friend, i want you to grab them by the throat and say i would die for you’ (before frank grabs him and ye) and well i’ve seen pictures and blah, but i’d never been able to find a video. others’ have said they’d also been looking for an audio, and well idk man it might already be up on tumblr somewhere but i found it have fun

This makes total sense! I’ve seen both sides and get why people think it’s an album or not. It’s just how people are interpreting things!!
what has people thinking there’s an album besides the videos. Not doubting I’m just confused

Just experienced something profound imagining them opening a show with “Come One Come All To This Tragic Affair”. This isnt nostalgia to me. This is serious. This is theatre. This is 35 years of Phantom of the Opera

Apart from the quotations around captions I think it’s because what we’re seeing is new. For the summoning videos it was old stuff. The video was full of references to each era of the band. Ending with the stadium shot of where the band played on the tour. These new videos are filled with new stuff. We have new characters in a new world. It doesn’t really feel like any old black parade tour. It feels like it could be more but I don’t really have much hope that it would be an album.
what has people thinking there’s an album besides the videos. Not doubting I’m just confused

Newest mcr teaser reminded me of this gag in Freaked (1993) surely this is not coincidence and Gerard has got to be a fellow Freaked Head

first is the politician imo, a very clear image of one too. the position seems anticipatory, and i am well acquainted by the fake smile of politicians. the dictator is next to him, the stiffest posture out of everyone in the room. the red cloak is a symbol of monarchism probably. presents himself very authoritatively in this image. also the least exposed (probably trying with themes of how the dictator is more a vehicle for dictatorship, a mere figurehead.) next, i assume this is the representation of either the military or the police; the handcuffs around the wrist are absolutely fascinating. implying his implication in everything that is done, and everything that he has done, will come to him. also, more literally, how he has chosen to shackle himself to something (i.e. the state), but the state is not shackled to him. also the slight aversion of gaze, not directly confronting the viewer. a wielding of soft power. i interpreted the far-left figure as the "condemned/you", an ordinary distressed person by the situation but more than willing to go along with in it. some of my friends in the discord server pointed out to religious figurehead/the arts, and i welcome this interpretation and think it is equally likely :3. interesting to note the aversion of gaze, the lack of conformity, though. in the very back sits the secretary, blended with the background and i think this is to emphasise that her role is to be a follower; an object; but also ever-present and ever-watchful.

I go and wash my mountain of dishes for the first time in weeks only for my chemical romance to drop another cryptic video halfway through and ruin my burst of cleaning energy 😭😭

did anyone else notice her constantly playing with her gloves, teasing them off her fingers one by one in anticipation? all these figureheads are locked in one room and the gloves are literally coming OFF!!
