She nodded as Penny explained. “Oh, that’s understandable. Snowdin is very warm for such a cool place, but it’s also a pretty small town. The Underground is super unique though, so when you do get a chance to move along, i’m sure you’ll have a blast.” Momo knew that she certainly did. Of course caution was still necessary, but there was always plenty to see and explore. It would have been better with a friend, but… Oh! 

“If you want, we can walk around for a bit. We don’t even have to leave Snowdin, if you don’t want to. Maybe we’ll find something new. O-Only if you want to of course.”

Penny couldn’t help but smile as Momo talked about the rest of the Underground, hopefully it wouldn't be too long before she could explore the rest of it herself. Penny was lost in her thoughts for a bit when Momo’s suggestion broke her out of them.

Penny’s smile grew, as she couldn’t help but find Momo’s nervousness endearing. “Staying in Snowdin is something I’d prefer, but yeah! That sounds like a lot of fun!”

Surprisingly, at the note of Penny’s question, Beatrice couldn’t quite think of it right away. I mean, sure, she did know that it had been a fairly long while, especially since she’d been slipping and sliding on that ice for a fair amount of time, even if that was almost sad to think about how bad she was at this navigation thing.

“Well, it’s been a while, I know that. Snowdin’s uh… landscape made it harder for me to move around, so it’s probably longer than I can go off the top of my head-” the girl admitted. “And have you? Wait no- That’s probably obvious, since you sound like you know this place pretty well…” I mean, she tried.

Penny nodded, out of habit, as Beatrice answered her question. She wasn’t that surprised to hear she had trouble getting through the snow, especially with how Penny had found her. 

She continued to lead Beatrice to Snowdin, each step getting them just a bit closer to the town. She hummed to herself in contemplation when Beatrice asked her question. Penny chuckled to herself before replying. “Yeah I have been down here quite a while. I’d help you after we get to Snowdin but I’ll probably be as clueless as you for what comes after.”
