Hey friends!  It took a plague to get me to finally have a table at TCAF’s Canzine!  Here’s the link to my page, the festival page, and previews of my TCAF PREMIERE ZINES :)

While I’m at it, HI THERE!!  I’m in a long process of trying to make this the most organized Forgetful Funsters zine yet.  Migraines don’t help me stay on top of things, but I’m only a day late posting this.  

The theme for the next zine has been decided, and it is “RAINY DAYS” - free to interpret any way you see fit, through any artistic avenue you see fit - art, writing, photos, lists, how-to, comics, doodles, songs… you name it.

If you’d like to submit anything, you can send stuff to ifwitzines@gmail.com by May 20th.  I’ll accept pretty much anything, so long as it’s original, related to the theme, and relatively sfw (safe for work).  

Be sure to include with your submission: -The name you want in the credits -A title for your piece/pieces, if you want -Your site/socials (include as many as you’d like but choose only one to be in the credits - others are for tagging purposes across the internet) -Your discord name, if you’re on the FF discord (just for my reference) -Your favourite rainy day activity

Which do you prefer: coffee, tea, or cocoa? Tea for me, but cocoa for cheat days.  I like coffee too though.  But that’s the order.

Dream date? Carnival with someone who loves the danger-rides as much as I do.

Favorite kind of cake? Cherry cheesecake.

If you could go back in time and tell your younger self something, what would you say? I’m not typing that much.

What is your dream wardrobe? It would beautifully fit my beautifully fit figure.  As long as we’re talkin’ dreams.

Can you speak any other languages, fluent or not? Bit of French, and can read Hirigana and understand very little of it.

Which do you prefer: sunset or sunrise? Doesn’t matter.

Pineapple on pizza. Thoughts? Not for me.  As long as you don’t dip it in milk, I won’t call the cops on you.

Play any fun games lately? Nope.

Any movies/shows/games that make you cry? Umbrella Academy (Klaus x Dave forever), and for some reason, the ending to Kimmy Schmidt.

Where would you rather live: On an island, on a mountain, in the desert, or in the forest? Mountain, if there’s plenty of natural resources for me to reap, and also maybe I get to live deep IN it with a handful of henchmen and I’m running an evil layer out of it.

The first image is called “Blackstar” - it is a commission piece in watercolour, and it took me about two months to finish.

I loved working on this, because it’s my first time working on hot press paper, and the new techniques I learned for skin and washes really worked out here.  I also love that her skin looked so zombified without background or anything else coloured in, and then became flesh colour when I added the background.

Little guy I made last year for a Character Design Challenge (Demon).  I never scanned it, and I just found it this week!
