you can’t handle cold showers/baths
you don’t like tea
you don’t like black coffee
you are unable to fast for whatever reason including emotional
you actively opt out of excersizd because it sucks and everyone knows it
you’re afraid of the way you feel weak sometimes but it’s not so much of a problem yet that you feel like stopping
you think that some of the times you’ve had pain or gotten sick are because of your ed but won’t stop anyway and sure as hell won’t tell anyone
would die of shame if your family found out about this

You wake up and get ready to do your morning workout. You notice how lately the workouts are so easy for you today, you almost laugh thinking about when you first started working out and you'd be out of breath after 5 minutes. Your workout gear feels loose, it used to be so tight. You finish your workout and take off all of your clothes to weight yourself. As you stand on the scales you look down to see your weight. As you look down you notice how toned your stomach looks, how your thighs no longer touch, how sharp your collarbones have become. You look at your weight. You feel a euphoric sensation. You finally did it. You hit your ugw. You take a few body check pictures and post them to your Tumblr. This was a ritual that you have done daily and today is no different. You go have a shower and further study your body. You're looking for imperfections to complain about but.. you cannot find anything. For the first time in years you're happy with what you see
After your shower you eat breakfast. For breakfast you eat a handful of berries and drink a black coffee. You feel full as your appetite has gotten smaller. You go upstairs to wear that size xs/s outfit you bought for when you reached your ugw. It compliments your body perfectly and shows off your new figure. You style your hair, it makes your defined cheekbones pop and falls over your dainty shoulders. Your skin is clear due to eliminating greasy foods and your quality skin care routine so you only need to wear a lipgloss, moisturizer and mascara. As you apply your moisturizer you notice how chiseled your jawline has become.
You go out with your friends to go shopping. They ask so many questions and give you compliments. As you're buying new clothes you notice how well everything fits you. A few months ago the clothes you liked didn't go up to your size, had an awkward fit or didn't flatter your body type. Now all the clothes looks perfect on you. As you walk out of the store, satisfied with your purchase you notice everyone is staring at you. Some people are looking at you in jealousy but others are checking you out. You weren't used to this attention.
When you get home you log into your Tumblr. You see your latest body check has over 800 notes. Some people were asking for your workout routine, others asked how long it took but everyone agreed on one thing. You were "body goals". You felt a blissful feeling fill your body. This is how good skinny feels.
It takes hard work to get to this. Remember every time you give up this result will take longer to achieve. Anyways stay safe babes ilysm ✨♡

Vitamins
WHEN YALL ARE RESTRICTING YOURE ALL GONNA NEED SOME VITAMINS.
DONT KNOW WHERE TO START. WELL HERE :
Vitamin A helps form and maintain healthy teeth, bones, soft tissue, mucus membranes, and skin.
Vitamin B6 is also called pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 helps form red blood cells and maintain brain function. This vitamin also plays an important role in the proteins that are part of many chemical reactions in the body. The more protein you eat the more pyridoxine your body requires. 
Vitamin B12, like the other B vitamins, is important for metabolism. It also helps form red blood cells and maintain the central nervous system.
Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, is an antioxidant that promotes healthy teeth and gums. It helps the body absorb iron and maintain healthy tissue. It also promotes wound healing. 
Vitamin D is also known as the “sunshine vitamin,” since it is made by the body after being in the sun. Ten to 15 minutes of sunshine 3 times a week is enough to produce the body’s requirement of vitamin D for most people at most latitudes. People who do not live in sunny places may not make enough vitamin D. It is very hard to get enough vitamin D from food sources alone. Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium. You need calcium for the normal development and maintenance of healthy teeth and bones. It also helps maintain proper blood levels of calcium and phosphorus. 
Vitamin E is an antioxidant also known as tocopherol. It helps the body form red blood cells and uses vitamin K. 
Vitamin K is needed because without it, blood would not stick together (coagulate). Some studies suggest that it is important for bone health. 
Biotin is essential for the metabolism of proteins and carbohydrates, and in the production of hormones and cholesterol. 
Niacin is a B vitamin that helps maintain healthy skin and nerves. It also has cholesterol-lowering effects at higher doses. 
Folate works with vitamin B12 to help form red blood cells. It is needed for the production of DNA, which controls tissue growth and cell function. Any woman who is pregnant should be sure to get enough folate. Low levels of folate are linked to birth defects such as spina bifida. Many foods are now fortified with folic acid. 
Pantothenic acid is essential for the metabolism of food. It also plays a role in the production of hormones and cholesterol. 
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) works with the other B vitamins. It is important for body growth and the production of red blood cells. 
Thiamine (vitamin B1) helps the body cells change carbohydrates into energy. Getting enough carbohydrates is very important during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is also essential for heart function and healthy nerve cells.
You aren’t going need to take every vitamin in the book but I recommend a multivitamin because it’ll cover all your bases. Personally, I take a B complex and a hair skin and nails.
