It’s not just about a change in weight, but in your whole mindset and way of life. It’s about the pig you are on the inside becoming the pig you are on the outside. 🐷

Denial
My dry cleaners have really messed up - I sent them my tux outfit to dry clean and it’s come back ridiculously shrunk. I know they’ve shrunk it because I used to wear it to parties all the time before lockdown, and it even was a bit loose, needed a belt, and now, well look:
The shirt barely buttons! It’s a workout just to get it on! I may have stopped working out over lockdown (what was I supposed to do? Gyms were closed!) and maybe that meant I lost a little tone, softened a little… but there’s no way they can say this is from a few lbs, no, they’ll have to buy me a new one to correct their mistake…
And that’s just the shirt! Look what they’ve done to the trousers and jacket!

Shrunk beyond belief! I can’t even button them! This is going to cost them a lot to fix, buying me a whole new tux outfit. If I’m going to make them do that I better measure myself just to prove to them it’s not me that’s the problem, I could easily have fit in these clothes had they not shrunk them - at worst my slight softening might have meant they fit perfectly rather than being loose, but I doubt that, I just lost a little tone after all. So, let’s see, the trousers are a 32 inch waist and the jacket is a 38” chest, easy:

44 inch waist and 48 inch chest…. that can’t be right… I knew I’d softened up a bit, but stopping going to the gym for a while can’t make you balloon like this… there must be some mistake - that’s it! The tape measure is wrong! For sure, nothing to worry about…
All this squeezing into shrunken clothes has got me exhausted… I better order another pizza
