While flustered, Utsutsu was glad to hear these things. It meant he'd not go after Yume, and that's all that mattered. "Fine... I wont target you anymore, for now." Only because his house was still being targeted by the government. As soon as they left, he'd take Yume and go home.
/—/ “Apparently you did or else you wouldn’t be here bickering at me! I only feed off of my type! I prefer the taste! Will you stop targeting me? I may be a monster, but little girls taste disgusting.”

It took him a second to understand what exactly Sol was referring to, though when it did click, his face slowly began to turn red. "I-I didn't need to know that!"
/—/ “—I DON’T LIKE GIRLS!” About time he’d said it! No better way to tell someone ‘Hey for the last time I have no intention of touching your sister’ like yelling ‘Hey world! I’m gay!’.— “For fucks sake! I already said she wasn’t my type! Will you shut up about it already?!”

"Don't you dare even think about laying a finger on Yume, you asshole." Utsutsu knew now that he could never hope to beat Sol, but he would try if it meant saving his sister from this monster. He can feel it-- how he's digging his own grave, yet his short-tempered ways are revealing themselves as Yume continues to get dragged into this. "Promise me." He hissed, eyes locking with Sol's individual one. "Promise me you wont hurt her."
/—/ “I am so much worse. You little kids chasing after the shoes - begging for help and clinging to each other for comfort… That is why you are weak, that is why you will never be able to beat the shit out of me despite how desperately you wish to protect anyone! Because where you still hold those morals close to your chest - I tossed them aside in exchange for power.. Where you hesitate, I take advantage of. You may give a damn about something or another, but I’ve never cared less in my life! So back the fuck off and stop acting like you’re so strong. You’ll never amount to the beast that I’ve become! Your weakness is what you protect, and I can so easily rip that away from you if I so damn pleased. — And if I wanted to, I sure as Hell would have done it already!”

"Stay away from me and Yume!" Utsutsu takes a major step back, eyes filling with mistrust and fear. Though, did Utsutsu really have the right to call someone a monster, when Yume was just upstairs, more than likely beginning to crave his, or anyone's, flesh? A sudden chill ran up and down his spine, and he's turning to look away from Sol. It was easy to forget circumstances, when there is so much pent up frustration and anger, that-- when you find someone easy to take it out on-- it just happens. He didn't want to be in the same boat as Sol, though-- he, and Yume too, were much better than him... "You're worse than Yume and I..."
/—/ “While you were sleeping, I killed seventeen more people and drained them of all they had - sold their organs on the black market, and fed their corpses to my dogs! — If you’re calling me a monster, you’d best know what makes me one you little fuck!” A hand reached up to cover his eye patch, peeling off the ice that was forming there. “And I did all of that while I was sane of mind! —You should see me when I lose control.”

The speed that Sol used to get into his space had caught him off guard, however he recovered quickly. He needed to stand his ground, no matter how scared he was, because he needed to protect Yume. "I know everything about monsters. I can see it in your eye." Utsutsu pushed closer to Sol, his face nearly touching Sol's face. "You can't do anything to me, I wont let you." Fists clench at his sides.
/—/ In just a second, the vampire was up in the infuriating boy’s face, crouched down to see eye-to-eye with the pesky child. “You know nothing of monsters, you shitty brat. If you’re calling me one after watching me kill one person, I’ve got sorry news for you — I do so much worse to those who get in my way.” Ice began creeping up the side of the fledgling’s face from underneath the eye patch.

"... Thank you." Bowing, though not very low, Yume wandered away-- aimlessly searching for her Onii-chan.
✦; “Oh.” The one Sol told her to stay away from. This girl must’ve been included. Cautiously Dani took a step back, shoulders raising in a shrug. “He must still be down there then.”

"..." A sigh of defeat escaped Utsutsu, and the teen crossed his arms over his chest. "I appreciate you letting us stay in a room in your house, but I don't trust you You're a free roaming monster." And though Yume and himself are both the same, he feels he's got a good enough grasp on Yume that she wasn't in danger or a danger to anyone else.
/—/ “Let dreamers dream, as they say.” The last remaining snow of the season flicked wildly, as if alive, only around the vampire’s vicinity. “But I wouldn’t bet on anything.”

"H-He said he was o-only coming downstairs for a minute... But it's been a long time...” She's talking mainly to herself, as brown eyes scouring around the room. "Onii-chan has brown hair..."
✦; “I…don’t know who that is.”

"Is it really okay, Onii-chan?” Yume asked, looking from the bunny-girl to her older brother, who simply nodded with a big smile. The smaller of the three moved closer to the other girl, and reached out with gentle fingers to touch the bunny ears.
"Touch..my..ears?" She didn’t know how to respond. She needed to get home, but her ears were very sensitive. Was it going to be worth it. She bit her lower lip looking to the girl beside him in thought. She took in a deep breath, and gave a sight nod. "Alright." She then lowered her head for the other to touch, ready to take the pain.

"I’ll help you find your way back if Yume can touch your ears.”
Looking to the two of them, her ears would perk once he spoke again. “Uh, y-yes?”

"I... Lost my Onii-chan...” Though weary, the child had to say it, so that maybe she can get some help in finding her older brother.
The brunette stands still waiting for the girl to move forward, but she won’t, noticing her panic she sighs and moves slightly in front of her. “Y’lost or somthin’?”

Yume peeked at the bunny-girl, her eyes locking on the ears that seemed to be real. Utsutsu noticed the ears too, but didn't seem to be as interested in them. The older of the two straightened, and placed a hand on Yume's head.
"I'll make you a deal."
The bunny nodded softly, her ears lowering themselves as her tail you’d twitch. “Earlier, I was in the Little Garden, and now I’m here. Black Rabbit doesn’t know how this could’ve happened..”
