dont get me wrong im thrilled to get more of that fic!! but why are you posting the epilogue so long after the rest of the fic is it to like get more eyes on it or whatever more hits?

hm not, not really? ywlm was always supposed to have 9 chapters - 8 of the main story and then a neat lil epilogue to tie things up, but i stopped writing for a very long time so i just called the fic complete bc i didn’t think i would ever actually finish chapter 9 and the main fic IS done.

BUT i’ve been working on it a lot, in tiny pieces, and it’s actually going to be done soon. so. if i add it as a separate work, all of the people who have bookmarked/subscribed to ywlm likely won’t see it. but if i add it as the epilogue like i meant to originally then they’ll get the notif if that makes sense? i don’t care about getting a lot of hits or whatever but i DO want the people who have been reading the fic all this time to actually see it.

hi everyone! every day there are new horrors and being trans in general is so scary! being trans in this fandom? the most exhausting fandom experience of my entire life lmao y’all are actually so annoying & bigoted and you have no idea! and you don’t listen when trans people use our time and energy to teach you! how fucked up is that? like in a way i have to give people some grace bc most of you don’t even know that you’re doing it, but then when you’re kindly corrected you actually double down! and that’s insane!

i’m going to finish the epilogue chapter for ywlm, and hopefully post it in the next few weeks. and i am still going to work on its sequel in bits and pieces, but there’s no timeline for when that will be up. i’m going to keep my very far distance and read the many WIPs that i love, and keep supporting all of my friends and i’ll still be on tumblr but my posts will be less fandom-centric.

nothing specific has happened - nothing new anyway. i just really really have zero energy to be nice anymore and every fandom space makes me feel crazy lol. so. i love y’all, genuinely, it’s just A Lot ya know? i’m around on discord, mutuals pls message me here and i’ll add u over there <33 muah kisses, etc etc
