Something I really really appreciate with the dmbj franchise as a whole, is that it's not dark. And I don't mean the themes, they can for sure go pretty dark sometimes.

But the lighting in all the caves and the tombs is great! Like, we can see stuff, without darkening the room and maxing up the brightness.

This is certainly a very dark cave, but it is well lit for the audience. I really hate this "accuracy" trend in western media, where everything is just dark when it's night. Wasn't it someone from the Lord if the Rings movies, who said the light came from the same place the music did? Dmbj does it right.
