Okay, but picture it: Frollo actually being a woman, disguised as a man, in order to work the job she has.  Thinking herself so holy for ignoring sex altogether and living in an age in which women were considered inherently sinful.  Then she meets Esmeralda, and not only can she not ignore the lust, she's shocked that she feels the way she does for a WOMAN.
