I find Kunsel to be the most interesting side character in FF7. You’re telling me that they made a 2nd-Class SOLDIER who can gain information the same level as a Turk. Someone who probably has so many connections to even gain the information he has in Crisis Core (and skills to gain info from restricted data). And as evidenced in Remake, he’s well acquainted with some infantry troopers to look out for the likely chance that Zack and Cloud are spotted. And somehow these infantry troopers aren’t under Heidegger’s thumb and loyalty? Very fascinating. How is this man not a Turk? Was he scouted as one but chose to be a SOLDIER? Like Square Enix give us more Kunsel content.
