My god Other Half has stepped up to the plate so far this year. Thought they were losing it.... but they are 3/3 with DDH All Citra Everything! This is beautiful - straight citrus, citrus pith, mango, sticky weed, and melon nose. Flavor follows with guava and hmmm something else. Idk. Can't put my finger on it right now. "Oh @omnipollo how do you do it, one by one you give us these amazing beers and this Texas Pecan ice cream porter is no exception. Pours pitch black with a very thin tan head. Aromas of vanilla, chocolate and pecan. Taste is big and brash yet so smooth, plenty of chocolate, coffee and vanilla. This is an incredibly thick, dense beer.
