Every few months, I think about Sinclair’s backstory, specifically, the relationship between her parents and then her relationship with her dad. I think I’ve finally figured out how the timeline of how her parents got romantically linked, what led to her birth, and what led to estrangement that would later result in her dad even knowing she exists.

But this only works how I perceived if I were to revert Sinclair back to her original eye color because her rare eye color that she gets from her dad is what alerted her dad to putting the pieces together years after she’s born and comes across her while she’s on a school field trip.
