Was scrolling through some fanfictions with character x reader and noticed the reader often has to be amazing and impress people. Is it your perception of love guys?

Do you think you won't be loved if you can't impress anybody?

Don't you think there's something wrong and unrealistic with that?

Admiration and love is not the same thing.

Can't we tell a story about a reader being themselves and that's why they are loved?

Who is Mafuyu and what are her true feelings?

Mafuyu always liked to help people and listen to them, that's why at first she wanted to be a nurse.

Like she said she wanted "to help people in need"

But because she wanted to meet people expectations so much, she started losing herself.

Actually, Mafuyu Asahina is a "too nice for her own good" type of person who didn't get the chance to meet people caring for her in return.

She thought she wanted to disappear, because at some point, caring about other people became tiring and she hated this part of her who is so selfless. But truth is, like Miku said, she doesn't really want to disappear. Rather than that, she wants to be seen and listened to : that's her true feelings.

At least this is what I was able to understand about this character.

Is It just me or... More than being scared I always feel the pain and sadness of the actors so that's why I'm not found of horror movies... Painful moments are too many. Does anyone relate to this?

One Piece Men Watching Horror Movies With You

Characters: Eustass Kid, Killer, Portgas D. Ace, and Trafalgar Law.

CW: None, gender neutral reader.

Eustass Kid

   Kid's not a huge fan of horror movies that are too supernatural or psychological, though he does love slashers.

   He has a really crass and rowdy sense of humor, so he cracks a lot of messed up jokes about the people who end up dead or badly injured.

   He will tease you about being scared but he loves it when you lean in on him for comfort.

   If you get scared easily by movies then he'll love how he can hold you close as you latch onto him.

   He's also cool if you like horror flicks and crack jokes with him.

   He just really likes it when you latch onto him though.

Killer

   Killer doesn't really care much for horror movies, but regardless he'll still watch whatever you want to watch since he loves you.

   He doesn't get scared easily so unless there's a psychological or historical aspect to the film, he probably won't enjoy the movie much.

   He doesn't really like to see you get spooked, but he still likes how you grab onto him if you get scared.

   In this case he wraps his arms around you to comfort you.

   Not really one to crack jokes about the situations in the movie, but he will still be entertained by your jokes if you ad lib them on the spot.

   Regardless of either of your reactions, he really enjoys the time spent with you.

Portgas D. Ace

   Ok, it must be said that Ace is one of the best people to watch horror movies with!

   He makes fun of everything in the movie to the point where it's not scary anymore, and his humor is very contagious so the movie ends up becoming a comedy.

   He's not so morbid in his humor, though the way he points out how silly people are being in the movie is fun to watch and listen to.

   All that said, he doesn't care for horror movies but if you want to watch them with him, he's down since he loves you and likes to make you happy.

   The highlight of watching horror movies for him is hearing you laugh at his silly jokes.

Trafalgar Law

   This dude doesn't flinch at horror movies of any kind. If anything he's also the kind of dude to make fun of them, though his humor is more sarcastic than boisterous.

   If horror movies scare you then he also makes fun of the movie to lighten the mood, as a way of comforting you.

   He's more than happy to put an arm around you if you're scared, though he'll tease you about it and make you blush.

   Otherwise, if you really like horror movies, he would love it if you join in on the fun and joke about the movie with him.

   Not really into cuddling like the others but he does like putting his arm around your shoulder, with you resting your head on his chest.

   He sees it as good quality time regardless of whether he's busy comforting you or you both joke about the movie.

The sun was rising, it's light shining through the slightly parted curtains. The couple lay in bed, arms around one another as they dreamed away.

Law's black hair was a mess, rustled from rolling around last night, his arms still securely around your waist. His head was snuggled into your shoulder, the scent of your body wash filling his nose.

He could feel his brain slowly waking up, the feeling of your arms wrapped around his shoulders, one hand on the back of his head to keep him in place the other resting on his back gently. Your muscles tensed slightly whenever he moved in the slightest like they were ready to hold him in place if he decided to leave.

A groan left his mouth, his eyes slowly opening as he felt featherlike touches on his face. As he sees your face, he feels his cheeks warm up, the featherlike touches being your hands caressing his face.

"Morning Law" You mumbled, voice a little gravel from just waking up, a love-sick smile on your face.

Stifling a yawn, Law snuggled into your hand. "Mornin' Dear"

Plus your hands fit perfectly in his, your fingers laced together, filling the gap between them.

When he holds your hand, he feels complete, he feels warm and fuzzy inside, and he feels needed. He likes the feeling of being able to protect you if danger ever comes at you two.

The small present in your hands shook slightly as you messed with it, trying to keep your nervousness inside. Law was late to the date you two had planned the night before, a simple walk in the park and maybe some star gazing after.

Sure he had been late before, but it was his birthday and he had promised to not be too late this time. However, you've been waiting for over 30 minutes, sitting on the park bench by yourself.

Just as you were about to get up and leave, you heard a voice yell out to you.

"Y/n! I'm so sorry I got caught up in paperwork!"

Laws figure ran towards you, his expression is frantic and guilty.

"I said only 5 minutes but I lost track of time"

Sitting down next to you, Law took one of your hands in his, rubbing the back of it gently as his mouth spewed quiet and nervous apologies.

Simply smiling, you leaned forward and kissed him gently, shutting him up right away.

"Don't worry about it Law, I'm just glad you're here now"

Placing a kiss on his cheek as you pulled away, you held out the small present in front of you.

"Here! I got you something"

"You didn't have to Dear"

As he took the box, he gently unwrapped it, trying to save the nice bow that was on top, one thought ran through his mind.

'I can believe this is the Love of my life, I'm one lucky man'

Actions do. If you judge people based on their thoughts then you're an hypocrite. That's all. Because everyone had bad thoughts more than once in their life. You can't say no. This is a fact.
