Also listened to Lynn’s podcast with Sam that came out, and things get stranger and stranger. While she does mention she feels a sense of gratitude towards Gotham for taking a chance on her and the opportunities she’s gotten through them, she also mentioned that one of the reasons for the move was the “culture”.

I hate that her experience at Gotham came down to what it did and surely hope that for everyone’s sake that whatever the “rot” is in the locker room gets cut out with due haste.
